They remodeled the restaurant last year. Same great atmosphere. Elegant yet cozy.
Started with spider roll. Excellent.
My wife had tempura and I had the black cod. Both delicious.
The miso soup, pickles and salad that came with the luncheon were better than fine.
Service very good too.
Oh yes, as part of the remodeling they added modern Japanese fixtures in the bathrooms.

We were staying at a vacation rental near Cotati in May and wanted to prepare some of our own meals and our property manager suggested Oliver's. OMG, what a great market! We liked it so much we went there three times during our stay, the last to buy a selection of their incredible prepared meals (and a cooler) to take to the condo we rented near Yosemite. We knew we weren't going to find foods as wonderful as these over there. The wine selection is outstanding, as you would imagine for Sonoma County, but so are the deli meats and cheeses, the fruits and baked goods, etc, etc. I see one reviewer is begging for an Oliver's in Petaluma. Heck, I want to know when they can open one in Columbus, Ohio! Those of you who live nearby, count your blessings. This is a special place. Friendly, attentive service, too. And, the California law that requires you to pay for bags is great!!! It only took us two visits to stores early in our trip to learn to bring our own bags and thus save the need for so many more later in our trip. Such a smart, environmentally conscious idea that everyone can easily abide.

I used to frequent here a while back and upon returning I wanted to visit the Old Redwood Café. Everything about the restaurant isn’t the same. The food certainly wasn’t as good, the service was subpar and even the cleanliness wasn’t like it used to be. Now the portions are still rather hearty but a big portion of ok food isn’t something I wanted when I came back here. I think I’ve been here for the last time.

We had dinner here recently. Two of us ordered gnocchis and raviolis and two others had a medium sized pepperoni pizza to share. We also ordered 2 small caesar salads which were large enough to share among 4 adults. The pesto bread sticks with the homemade ranch dressing were great as an appetizer. Everything was delicious. This is a great choice for lunch or dinner.

Lots of parking. Easy on/off 101. Incredibly fast service. Lots of hispanics eating here. Good sign. Lots of seating, including a bunch outside. Chips were fine, good salsa, quite spicy. Reasonable prices. Full bar. Camarones a la Diabla is very good. Quite spicy as you'd expect, but a nice tomato sauce underneath it as I prefer, rather than just being spicy. A large number of sizable prawns. Will order again. Wife had three tacos and while they were all good, she preferred the Carne Asada which she said was very good. The Chile Verde wasn't that great. Shrimp was fine.

Wow, what a let down after many years eating Amy’s great prepared frozen foods.
Amy’s Kitchen headquarters is only 13 miles away in Petaluma. Why don’t the owners and leaders come by and check it out?
Burrito was very good and tasty. Veggie burger just OK.
Strawberry shake undrinkable. Staff said they receive many complaints and returns because strawberry doesn’t taste like strawberry. Chocolate shake replacement was good.
Inside needs some maintenance and upkeep. Graffiti on mirrors and walls in restroom and general appearance is poor.
Place needs a little love.
Staff very nice.

Mikes is burgers Plain & simple the best burgers anywhere! I love the STINKY BREATH BURGER. Roasted Garlic, lots of garlic, that's my style, and this one has it! Yes they have chicken burgers and even vegetarian food, but why would you want to go there with those awesome Real burgers? They also have a selection of local beers on tap. Not a fancy place, but you don't eat fancy but the great food they serve up!

My wife and I visited Art's place with my daughter and grand daughter last Thursday. We were seated immediately and an attentive waiter brought our drinks. We each had only a main course and we all enjoyed our meals. My stone oven baked pizza was tasty but a little underdone for my taste, I prefer a crispy crust. My daughter lives nearby and this is one of her family's favorite local restaurants.
