Reus (Catalan pronunciation: [ˈrɛws]) is the capital of Baix Camp, in the province of Tarragona, in Catalonia, Spain. The area has always been an important producer of wines and spirits, and gained continental importance at the time of the Phylloxera plague. Nowadays it is known by its commercial activity, for being a centre for rock-climbing and as the birthplace of architect Antoni Gaudí.

The restaurant was empty as we entered in a Monday evening. I asked the waitress whether they were open and was replied that they are but they have no English menu. We decided to go for it anyway, since I don't think language is such an obstacle.
Though she knew we don't speak Spanish, she made no effort to explain us the menu. We picked our choices but one of them was missing and she recommended pork. I took it.
For a snack we were given chips - which was weird but since then we've seen it in other places.
The starters were ok, though mine felt like a mayo salad.
The main course was the pitfall: the pork that was recommended was a chunk of fat. It was disgusting and I couldn't eat it.
The desserts were fine.
It was the worst spent 55 euros. I especially don't recommend it to any tourist as they don't make the tiniest effort.

Masia Crusells offers a traditional and mediterranian food for more than 40 year and it is recommended in the Michellin Guide for 33 years in a row. Our customers can choose between the menu or a select range with great variety of meats and fish and we offer a great selections of wines too. You can contact us every day from 10:00 a.m to 23:00 a.m. for any question.
we have eaten here on several occasions, whilst staying at the Brea's hotel, en route to or from the airport. The pan con tomate, with sliced sausage is excellent, and the starters and main courses very good quality, and delicious. Very good value, with wine and water included

I like this place a lot, we have been dining quite often there and enjoying the food and service, now we discovered the serve food to take away too, and with the same great quality price rate we are used to.

Last Saurday Me and my wife went diner to Restaurant Joan Urgelles; Warm welcome,Cuisine made with nearby products with japanese touch managed by the Chef. We order the small degustation menu; really great, also watered with wines from Terra Alta. Good place to have a pleasant soiree. Each course was well explained by the maître (really good professional). Very good value for money.

Restaurant with style, creative Catalan cuisine, quiet atmosphere, selection of wines from the DO Tarragona province.
This small restaurant is brilliant. They cooked without delays an amazing level of service. The food was delicious, great wine and the staff was friendly and polite. I recommend the lunch menu, very good value for money. We'll come back!

I went to Xivarri for lunch. There were a smorgasbord of tapas, so we opted for them. Plus we ordered some vermouth-battered chicken nuggets. And we also asked for a bottle of wine. Everything was just delicious! The staff were very friendly and solicitous, absolutely interchangeable between them, so all our whims were promplty dealt with. I hope to come back soon. Good luck, guys!

Very trendy, come here if you a) have plenty of money, b) are not a vegetarian c) can read Catalan and finally d) aren't hungry. My mother-in-law saw a documentary about coca de verduras in Reus and so when we were in Reus we wanted to try it, thinking was some sort of pizza-type thing. Found this very central restaurant on Tripadvisor and it had good reviews so we tried it.
Very disappointed.
The menu is on a small trendy board, no Spanish or English, and everything has meat or fish. We ordered coca de verduras and he said "shall we take the meat out?" so I said yes, as I hadn't seen any meat/fish amongst all the Catalan words but I was obviously wrong. It was 9 euros for something which was basically a flat hard cracker 2 inches by 6, made of sunflower seeds, with a few cooked vegetables on the top. 2 of those (my husband's with prawns) plus a beer and water for 20 euros was excessive, I thought. We wanted dinner but it was just a small snack in the end. Nice clean bathrooms downstairs through a sliding door, you have to ask where they are as you'd have no idea.
The guy (owner or waiter) held the door open for us when we left and was friendly. but in the end we had gone in expecting something and it turned out to be something else. A shame.
