My friend Loopy and I went into town the other night to get some pizza and a few drinks. Val was tired so she stayed home and asked me to bring a slice home for her.
When we got to island time the place was busy and we were lucky to get two seats at one corner thanks to someone moving over.
As is usually the case we met some interesting local people to chat with. This night it was the owner of a great restaurant downtown, his pretty lady and a partner of his.
Loopy is in the business so they talked about restaurants, locations yada yada and I and his lady talked about everything else including Brooklyn, NY which is where she was from as well.
So we spent a couple to few hours at the bar talking, drinking and eating good pie!
Guess what. I forgot to bring a slice home!
Try Island Time. It’s not only good, it’s fun.

Unluckily, I only got to visit once in the week I was there. My traveling companions visited everyday and raved about everything. Breakfast sandwiches, smoothies, coffee, pastries, especially the muffins and how friendly the staff was. I finally got to grab a apple crumb cake and a spinach/cheddar muffin on the was to the airport, both were great. Nice location, will make a point to visit more often next time I'm on the island.

This place without a doubt serves the best burger I've had anywhere in the Carribean.
Nothing fancy, good burgers cooked right and choose your own toppings.
The best meal I had in Red Hook without a doubt.
The also have a great beer selection served nice and cold by friendly bartenders.

Visited this beautiful restaurant for breakfast on our second day in St Thomas. We were desperate to look for something to make us feel like we were not in the states. Immediately we were welcomed and made to feel at home. All of the food was fresh and delicious. The Mango Smoothie is a must! We spent a lot of time in the restaurant learning about all of the tea cups and how they came to be in this beautiful space. It was a wonderful way to start off our trip in St Thomas.
Thank you for your hospitality!

The food was a surprise for us. We ran into one of the bartenders at another restaurant and she told us all about the homemade quality food at the melt. We were skeptical. Went there and sat at the bar and had a great meal. Food was excellent.

*CLOSED FOR HURRICANE SEASON*
***Re-opening Dec 2017***
PiZZA Pi is a food boat. We serve classic New York style pizza from our boat.
Great server, loved the pineapple and garlic and jalapeño pizza, swam right next to the pizza boat. Gave me a tour of the boat. Very clean kitchen, and fresh, tasty food. Can't wait to get back!
