Great authentic Mexican food; good place to stop for a quick meal or a social dinner. Portions are very generous and service is quick. Definitely recommend.

We have been going to this place for years and it has not changed including management through a name change. Love the food and tea/lemonade

The atmosphere is not Americanized. It is what Mexico is all about. But the flavors are great, the service is slow because it is run by mom and pop. It is Mexican time. The food is just what you get in true Mexico.
Don't be fooled by the exterior, go in and try the food, you won't be disappointed.

This restaurant is a diamond in the ruff. I've eaten here several times with my wife and we love this place for their Sunday Buffet. The buffet has a large variety of southern cuisines that taste like Grandmas Sunday dinner. Unbuckle your belt, the food is so tasty, so plentiful, you'll need to unfasten your pant button.

This is a pretty good restaurant and one of the new ones on Flagstone Lane.
We have eaten there many times and will continue to do so because the food is good, reasonably priced and the owner and staff actually care.
My first trip in I ordered their NY Reuben and what showed up looked nothing like a Reuben. It looked exactly like a Philly Cheese steak and tasted like one.
The owner explained to me that "Southerners" don't seem to like the "traditional Reuben....toasted rye, lots of pastrami, sour kraut all covered with Thousand Island dressing. So he came up with something that would sell. If you showed the first sandwich I got to any deli within a mile of Times Square NY they would laugh you out of the city.
But here is where this owner and staff make a difference versus say the Mega Hibachi next door. The owner had his cook staff make me up a REAL Reuben and it is goooooood. Need to work on composition a little but GOOOOOD.
Plus, I came in once and asked for a thin and crispy pepperoni pizza. Not on menu but they made me one. That is customer care and one reason they will have my loyal business.
If you want super crispy and tasty fries, this is the place for you. This will be my go to place for beyond great fries.
If you have read any of my restaurant reviews, you know it is very rare for me to give a good review. I find most owners and staff should try other careers. But this is a really good restaurant and will be coming back. They will work out the new place kinks I am sure. One thing for sure, no business can count on just one person to do certain things and if he isn't there it don't happen. Went in for a sandwich the other day and couldn't get it or a pizza and a few other things because the guy who "normally" makes them isn't there. Here is the word...CROSS TRAIN.
Like I said, some glitches but good food at good prices and they will be seeing my ugly face a lot.

We order from this papa johns at least once a month. The pizza is always fresh and on time. What more can you ask for. Our delivery lady is especially kind and that is the icing in the cake.

Ordered 2 meals to dine in. A $5 box and a chicken combo. No other patrons in the dining area and took from 6:17 pm till 6:42 pm to get the food. Same time I saw them take at least 6 bags out to those waiting in the drive through. If your in a hurry in Raeford NC got to the Bojangles right next door.

My husband and I had date night here last weekend. I had heard about the place from my coworkers, who raved about their experience. So I had high expectations coming in to the place. First of all, due to the hurricane last year the route is a little sketchy, we drove the wrong way coming up and had to turn around, and follow the detour. We eventually made it, but it can be a little confusing if you didn't know about it from the start.
The actual restaurant is quaint, and feel's very comfortable. We were sat immediately. They sat us right under the air conditioning unit, and our waitress didn't come introduce herself or get us drinks for about 15 minutes. We even saw a whole table get sat and drinks that came after us. So that didn't put us in the best of moods. When the waitress did arrive, we mentioned how cold we were and she offered to move us. They told us they didn't usually seat people there because the A/C unit drips on people. We figured the hostess would have known that and not sat us there from the start, maybe a suggestion for improvement?
I ordered a good ole fashioned cheese burger and fries, and my husband ordered salmon. My burger was amazing, I honestly enjoyed it. My husband liked his salmon but didn't think it was anything extra special. Our waitress was very sweet to us, even after a delayed start.
We probably won't go back, since it was such a long drive with just decent service. But if it's close to you, it wouldn't be a bad spot for a burger and beer. Just my opinion.
