Visit Provincetown and have a blast enjoying some of Cape Cod’s best beaches (Race Point Beach and Herring Cove Beach are favorites of TripAdvisor travelers). Plenty of cool boutiques, restaurants and art galleries give this town a fun and funky vibe. It’s an exceptionally LGBT-friendly destination as well. One tip: if it’s high season, take the ferry or a quick flight from Boston (unless you enjoy spending hours sitting in traffic).

Nestled in the quiet, residential neighborhood of Provincetown's west end, Relish is a convenient stop on the way to the beach. Relish is a bakery and sandwich shop. A selection of breakfast sandwiches, coffee cakes, muffins and scones for the early birds. Delicious, perfect sandwiches, cheeses, sweets and cookies for an oceanside picnic. Cold gazpacho, prepared meals and salads, cakes, pies. Wedding cakes. Iced cookies. Holiday tins. Relish is the best in its class. Great coffee, espresso, iced tea, water and soft drinks - of course. Breakfast, lunch, and dessert.
$45 for a dozen cupcakes.......hello? Go here if you want exotic sandwiches and over-priced bakery items.......excellent quality, but Bonnatt's is better, by far, back in Harwichport....no idea as to flexibility........their way, or the highway......won't return.

Let me preface this review by saying I love this sandwich shop. Best in Provincetown. This morning was a little off. Ordered a high head sandwich with no mayo, with lettuce, tomato and onion. A different young man made the sandwich, but put mayo, and didn't add the lettuce tomatoes and onion. I also noticed it was sliced chicken, not grilled. Whoever took the order, did so incorrectly. Again, I love this shop. I was in a hurry so I enjoyed the sandwich. I let them know, and they even offered to give me another

I had the scallops. A slightly spicy/hot blend of flavors in the sauce, and scallops were perfectly cooked. My salad was fresh, and I agree with every other reviewer who loved the fried stuffed olives. Only down side was the noise level, high for conversation at a dining table. But go for the food.

Travelled down to P'Town with some friends to have dinner at The Mews and enjoy some great music at the open mic night and hear Digney Fignus perform as the main act for the evening. For the better part of 25 years the Mews has been showcasing local talent...along with serving some fantastic martinis and food.
In case you think that there is nothing to do on the Cape in the winter...think again..or better yet don't think about it as all cause it is our secret. There is plenty to do on the Cape in he winter. From one end to other there are clubs and restaurants open and happy to have foodies and music lovers come in and spend an evening.
In the summer it might take you two hours to get from Yarmouth down to P'Town..and that would be considered fast. Last night we did it in under an hour and that was with two separate rollover accidents blocking the highway. One of party had thought to make a reservation as we were a party of six. No problem getting the reservation and they were waiting for us as we walked in the door. Parking can be an issue so we dropped the ladies off, drove down Commercial street and found on street parking about three blocks away.
Our serve was Steve and he was on top of his game all night. Prompt, helpful and a true professional.
Everyone ordered drinks and we were soon searching the menu trying to decide what great dishes we would have. Drinks came and the wine glasses were beautiful to look at and the contents equally so to enjoy. The martini at the table was also a delight. My wife and I ordered the lobster and corn chowder and cheeseburgers. Everyone else went with the fixed menu for $35 which was a great buy. Full generous servings of the apps and main dishes and huge desserts. The fish with risotto was the winner although our burgers were pretty darn good. We went light by the way because we are headed to SFO next week for Christmas with our son and we are holding back on eating too much before we go. I think we have 5 parties to go to between now and when we leave. The pudding cake was fabulous by the way. Coffee at the bar is free. One restroom on the main floor and the rest are downstairs.
Wonderful food, excellent service and fantastic music. All adds up to we gotta come back.

We went here to see Jimmy James, an entertainer extraordinaire doing renditions of Barbara Streisand to Judy Garland, best known for his past performances on many television shows as Marilyn Monroe. The venue has entertainment every night of all levels from Jimmy to Melissa Manchester The space has two levels of seating, the best on couches for $40 (for our performance), the cheap seats on a first come first served basis on chairs at $30, but small tables are to be found in the middle of every row. Drinks are good, sound system excellent if a bit loud.
Be aware, entrance to the shows is in the back behind the restaurant.

Cozy, friendly, upscale casual 50 seat restaurant with a water view and fireplace where friends meet and laughter flows.
We had a fabulous dinner here. We started with crab cakes, lobster and corn chowder with crumbled bacon, then pan seared sea scallops over a fried potato pancake, pork tenderloin with grilled onions, mushrooms, mashed potatoes with a rosemary gravy. We finished with a shared warm white chocolate, cranberry bread pudding. The meal was spectacular and the service was outstanding. We like to eat at the bar, and the attention was top notch.

We stopped in and had the roasted tofu sandwich and the mushroom sandwich. Both were served hot, with a unique blend of vegetables, and tasted great! They are also at reasonable prices. It is a small place with limited inside seating. There is outside seating both in front and in the back. Service is quick but be prepared to wait in line as many locals and tourists alike frequent the Canteen!

We stayed at the beautiful 8 Dyer Hotel right around the corner, also owned by the owners of Yolqueria. Their attention to detail and quality is also apparent here. Our breakfasts were always delicious. We also enjoyed their last Taco night of the season. Our best friend is Mexican and he said they were the best tacos he had enjoyed stateside!

The seafood here was very fresh and prepared nicely. It was not overcooked and it was well seasoned. My husband had the lobster which he loved and I had the fresh fish of the day. The atmosphere is noisy and busy but the food makes it worth it.

Tin Pan Alley is located on Commercial Street directly across from historic Town Hall. We have a bar/piano lounge that faces Commercial Street while our dining room faces the harbor and has terrific ocean views. We also feature an outdoor deck on the beach during the warmer months. Our cuisine is Farm to Table and our menu changes with the seasons. We use locally sourced food whenever possible. That means fresh, locally caught fish, local pasture raised beef, organic free range poultry and of course farm fresh produce. Executive Chef, Raul Garcia
Actually walked into restaurant by mistake was looking for restaurant next door, glad we made the mistake. This place was awesome, from the great look inside, the friendly staff and the great deck outside and not to mention the amazing food.
We ordered the "famous" bloody mary's and now we know why they are famous, spicy with a kick! For food we ordered the delicious fried brussel spouts, with balsamic glaze! The killer dish by far was the buddah bowl, if you are looking for a tasty healthy dish this is it and the tempeh balls were a bonus.
Must stop place for lunch with a view, dead center in the town.
