Stopped here while traveling from Roquetas de Mar to Madrid - picked this restaurant by acident and what a lucky accident! We had the 'menu del dia' and the food was delicious. I don't remember the name of the first plate - it was like a pisto manchego and was excellent. Second plate was chuletas de cerdo ala pimienta - came with a white sauce, pimientos and patatas fritas - again excellent. Bill for 2 people was 22 or 23 euros. Highly recommended!!

My husband and I followed many of the reviewers advice and had the tasting menu and we weren't disappointed. Loida looked after us brilliantly and although we were the only people eating in the restaurant there was a buzz from outside and upstairs. Loved the fact we had no idea what we were getting but each course came with a slip explaining what it was. In addition to the 10 courses we had a amuse Bouche and didn't feel too full or uncomfortable at end of meal. Total cost with very good bottle of Rioja, 2 white wine, sparkling water and 2 coffees was 112 euros. Would definitely reccomend!

Great place to go for lunch or dinner! They have plenty of options to choose from and the food was delicious. I really enjoyed the presa as well as the chocolate dessert. The tapas that we received with our beers were equally as delicious as the food we ordered. If you haven't been there already, you should definitely try it!

A lovely little restaurant which serves quality food at good prices. Raul really will do everything he can for his customers. The last dinner I had here consisted of provolone cheese with tomato, flamenquin con queso, bbq ribs and carrot cake for dessert. Everything was delicious, the wine was great and we were given a selection of bottles of liquer to help ourselves at the end. The only tip I have is that if you are going in a small group then stick to the bar menu rather than the restaurant menu. The restsurant menu only offers full portions rather than half so you can try more dishes for your money in the bar.

We have purchased a property in Spain on the coast and thought it would be good to have a night in the Mountains. Having studied the recommendations we chose Corozola. The trip and scenery on the way was fantastic. As we were staying just the one night the receptionist recommended this restaurant which most represented the nature Park and hunting scene. The restaurant is found down a small alley. Once inside it is quite large and every wall is covered floor to ceiling with hunting paraphernalia, stag & deer heads, buffalo, grouse etc etc. Staff were very welcoming and quickly took our drinks order. We had some help with the menu, our Spanish isn't great, which included grouse, venison, trout and mixed croquettes. Whilst waiting there were a few other courses that we didn't order including mixed tapas and pate. We had a bottle of house rioja, beer and water. We had so much, each time the waitress explaining what it was, we were wondering how much all of this is going to cost. We had a very nice surprise when the bill came to 57 euros, for 7 courses and drink. Recommended if you are in the area. You are best booking.

I came here very hungry. It seemed there was no menu. I was just offered what was cooking and what I received was delicious. Two glasses of red wine, a lovely meat tapas / starter, soup and the tastiest lamb chops ever all for around 8 euros!! The breakfast was delicious too.

This restaurant proved so good that we went back for dinner a second time during our three night stay in Cazorla. The food was original (how did they do the deconstructed olive amuse-bouche?) and delicious. Unlike many innovative modern restaurants, the food was not at all over-rich or over-complicated, but still remained flavoursome, witty and surprising. As well as a variety of complementary starters, the first night we ate the most amazing duck foie gras (one starter big enough to share), followed by really juicy charcoal-grilled pork secreto. On the second occasion we shared a salad of pickled (or strictly speaking, potted) partridge with walnut dressing and then each had beautifully cooked steak with parmentier potatoes. On neither night did we have enough room for dessert, sadly.

We found this great place to take some wine and some rations . It was a great success ! very friendly waitress, excellent recommendations on wine, tasty tapas , adjusted price . if you're not from the area, try the olive oil tasting. Also cod Portuguese Style and "lomo con pimientos y patatas". Ask for Wine from Jaen, it will be a pleasant surprise.

Bar opposite the viewpoint of the Cruz Baqueta in Baeza. We have a very select bar snack and a great wine list.
In this typical Spanish restaurant, you will find hardly any tourists. From their Terrace you will have a beautiful view over the valley.
We had a wonderful dinner here, especially the toasted goat cheese with honey is great and we also liked the solomillo with Pedro Ximenez sauce very much.
Price quality is way better than on Plaza España!
If we would stay longer in Baeza, we would go back here!
