Horrible!
Service is absolutely awful. Nobody speaks English here. It's fine, as long as they are able to explain things with patience. That's not the case. They are rude and careless. An entire family left with their meals untouched because the order was wrong. Others send the food back and waited ages to get their proper meals back. The waiter cleaned our tables with the dirtiest cloth you can possibly imagine.
For a Dokufest event, it's clear few places in Prizren are prepared to receive foreigners. If you don't want to ruin your night, just run away from this place. Terrible.

We had dinner at this restaurant in August 2011. The risotto with vegetables and the pizza with prosciutto was very good. The waiters were very friendly and service-minded. We also recommend the local Kosovo beer, claimed to be the best beer of the former Yugoslavia (according to locals in Pristina). The location of the restaurant was fantastic - the piazza in the city center close to the stone bridge, the river and the lively night life of Prizren.
(the restaurant next door is the more famous Family Restaurant Besimi)

Phone: +377 44 14 03 09
We went here based on TA recs.
Friendly service.
English menus.
Vegetable soup has carrots, potatoes, and rice. Tasty.
Caprese salad was fresh. Can't go wrong ordering tomatoes in Kosovo.
Pasta ego was a giant portion with steak.
Grilled squid was tasty & veggies included cauliflower, some potatoes and carrots with rice.
Cheap prices and pass on the Tempranillo wine. It's sweet, doesn't taste anything like a spicy Tempranillo and not worth the 12-14 EUR
Nice change of pace from typical cuisine.

The Restaurant Vila Park is located 12 kilometer on the road Prizren - Brezovica, along the Valley Zupa on The Sharri Mountains. One of best traditional restaurants in Kosovo, visited very frequently by visitors from Albania, Greece, Macedonia, Serbia and Turkey.
The river near restaurant is very beautiful. If the weather is good you can eat outside, listening the river flows and the air smells fresh and clean. Things I like most are bread, varieties of cheese are all delicious, and salad. Staff members are nice.

Albanian name is Shtepia E Bardhe, located on the left hand side of the road between Recane and Prizren by the river
This restaurant was recommended to me and a colleague by local Kosovas from nearby Prizren and the capital Pristina. It is a modern white and chrome spacious building with a Terrace that nreaches right up to the bubbling river, swollen with snow melt from the nearby ski resort,
The staff are attentive and polite; the menu choice is very good and up to the best Kosova standards. There are also three log cabins over a small footbridge available as accommodation for 40.00 Euros a night. This is a great location for a stop over as it is in the very south east of the country close to the Macedonia border.

Crossing the bridge to the city center I saw this restaurant and had a good feeling about it. And my gut was right - it was incredible.
The portions are very well adjusted for hungry people, the salad was great, the pepper in the cheese sauce (Kosovo's specialty) was to.die.for. The house wine was ok. Everything - one salad, one starter, two main dishes, too glasses of wine - cost 19 euros.
We could see that everything was freshly prepared, with local, tasty ingredients. Too bad that it was a little to chill to seat outside, but the inside atmosphere is also very nice.
Our waiter spoke perfect German and helped us a lot.
It was really an unforgettable meal!

Following the path by the river, left of the main Mosque, you will arrive at Natyra Restaurant in about 20 minutes from the City Center. (the path continues up the hill to reach the Fortress, in about 40 minutes. I suggest you do that too, after eating!). The location is super nice, just away from the town, service is friendly, pizzas were not exceptional but more than decent... a good finding! Recommended.

Simply but deliciously baked half-chickens are the specialty of the house, following the traditional and ubiquitous Greek salad.

We visited Prizren in August 2017 having been on holiday in Ulcinj, Montenegro and drove through Albania to Kosovo, prior to travelling there a friend recommended that visit Te Syla for something to eat. We were very happy that we took their advice. The restaurant is situated alongside the river and gives you not only great views but a great atmosphere whether you are dining during the day or in the evening. We walked down to the restaurant at about 8.00pm, it was very busy, we were greeted by a waiter called Barbaros who told us he would have a table free for us in 5 minutes. We were happy to stand and wait whilst taking in the great atmosphere of the place. Within 5 minutes we were duly seated at a great table overlooking the river. Barbaros was an excellent waiter who took our drinks order immediately and then we ordered our starters and mains. The food is mainly traditional and very very tasty. The service was excellent from start to finish. Barbaros was a great guy and we hope he is still there next year when we will take him up on his offer to visit the nightclub with him. We loved the place and we will be visiting again in 2018 when we have our next holiday in Montegnegro, Albania and Kosovo.

Had a very good quality meal here. Slight walk out of town, but good location by the river. Professional and efficient service, with good english spoken. Good menu selection, and all of our food was very well presented and tasty. Excellent StoneCastle wine. Reasonable price. Thoroughly recommended
