Stopped here for a hot drink with three family members and greeted by a delightful Maitre’d who showed us to a table. Beautiful building with great historic pictures and amazing gateaux on display. Two useless waiters who were in love with themselves ignored us at a quiet time until one took our order which we gave in fluent French. The order included 3 Vin Chaud, one Esxpresso and a glass of water. Eventually the order was delivered and was excellent but missed the glass of water. FIVE times we repeated the request in English and French and on each ocassion the request was acknowledged but ignored. Eventually my Wife went to the bar and picked up a carafe of tap water asking the original, charming Maitre’d if it was ok to take and could we have some glasses which he promptly brought to our table. The waiter for our table glowered and eventually brought us an incorrect bil. After the bill was corrected we put the exact amount in their miniature tin bucket and the waiter took it without comment. As we left, other staff wished us Bon Journee and Au Revoir but our experience had been soured by two waiters who shouldn’t be in the service industry. ARROGANT AND RUDE! I’d I owned or managed this beautiful and well located establishment these two waiters would be sacked on the spot!

You get what you pay for. Excellent service, excellent Spa. Lovely room. Only 4 stars as breakfast isn't good.

Had a couple of visits at lunchtime as rest and recuperation from our skiing exploits. On both occasions all members of the party were happy with food and service - the tartiflette was particularly good.
Prices are what you might expect from French Alp mountain restaurants, maybe a little cheaper than the larger resorts.

We enjoyed delicious steak and duck which we cooked ourselves on a hot stone. It was served with fresh chips and salad. The chips were so good that we asked for more. Imagine our surprise when the waitress first refused, then brought some more but charged 12 € for them!
The restaurant seemed to be somewhat understaffed - only one waitress (the manageress?) who also had to cook steaks for a table of 8 over the wood fire. We had hoped to order a second bottle of wine, but were unable to attract her attention before finishing our meal.

Very classic menu and nice friendly service ( in fact I haven't met a cranky person yet in this town )above average prices but well done.

Went a couple of times during our week stay. First was an evening visit, where the four of us all had a burger - no complaints, and very good value for the French Alps. Second was lunchtime, where the burritos were OK but not quite as well received as the speciality burgers. Excellent value for money though.

Le Bar du Tourisme is an unpretentious restaurant serving tasty, good value meals. There is a good choice of local specialities and standard French fare, as well as a variety of pizzas. Two of our group ordered steaks, which were cooked exactly as requested, and the chicken fillet "Barioz style" was extremely tasty.
Service is helpful and friendly. As the restaurant is fairly small, it's best to reserve a table at peak times.

Les Priouz is a hamlet of drovers' huts, converted into rustic accommodation and this restaurant. It's exactly what you'd expect inside, rustic, traditional and candlelit. The wife was upset when we were sat next to the bar, in an empty restaurant, and she had to endure bar-clanking noises from a metre away. However, the excellent, good value food calmed her down.
The staff were fine.
I'd come again.

Stopped here for lunch when at the bottom of Courchevel 1650. It is close to the Ariondaz lift entrance. It offers a range of meals from salads and pizzas to pasta and fuller dishes. The pizzas and salads were good. The spaghetti carbonara was very disappointing. Bland and uninviting. Service was attentive and pleasant. Avoid the coffee - it is overpriced at Euro 4.60 for a cafe au lait.

Azimut Restaurant never fail to impress each time we visit. Love to order their degustation menu and sample all the great dishes at a very reasonable price. And the wine pairing I ordered complements the degustation menu so well. Service is great and unpretentious. There may be many great restaurants in Courchevel, but in my humble opinion, I think Azimut Restaurant ranks amongst the best for taste, service and value. It is simply a must-go during travels to Courchevel
