Handcrafted for Five Generations Since 1870. Louis and Regina Graeter started handcrafting Graeter's Ice Cream in 1870. Today, generations later, we proudly remain family owned and operated. This is made possible thanks to you, our legion of loyal fans. For a century and a half, Graeter's has remained steadfast in our commitment to making ice cream in 2 gallon French Pots one batch at a time.
We stopped here for some ice cream after visiting the Columbus Zoo. Cute ice cream shop! There were a lot of ice cream flavor options! They also had a vareity of candy/chocolates too! The kids loved the sprinkles they added to their ice cream bowls! The staff was very helpful and accommodating! Must visit when in the area!

Hadn't visited Local Roots for 2 years due to customer service and quality issues. However, we did give it a second try last night and they have made many great improvements! Our wait for a table was spot on and much more organized! Hostess staff...MoreThank you so much for your review! I am thrilled that you gave us another try and you left happy! Hope to see you back again soon. Warmly, Jessi Iams ~ Proprietress of Local Roots

Where locals gather and visitors are always welcome! A quaint Irish Pub located in the heart of Historic Dublin. Serving unique and standard Irish fare. Great selection of Irish beers and whiskies.
It feels like a cozy neighborhood tavern that's been around a long time. A great place to get a good meal and cocktail. Love their Irish coffee! Summertime they have a perfect patio for outdoor dining. Timing is everything, however, because there can be a wait during busy times.

This is a true gem in Powell, Ohio. You can taste the quality and excellence in these baked goods. We love the Homemade Breads and rolls ( get there early or call ahead!). My kids love the Pumpkin Choc Chip Bread and my husband eats all the Dark Choc Sea Salt cookies before any of us can get one : )
We recommend this Bakery for every day as well as all your Holiday goodies!

The difficult part is choosing, which adds to the sometimes long lines; you need all that time to decide what of the hundreds of combinations and flavors you want this time. Pistachio is great, chocolate cake batter is even better, and the cherry flavors are the only cherry ice cream I'll eat now - it's that good. If you just can't make up your mind, tell the person taking your order what you like and let them help you - the long line of people at your back will thank you, too :)

This was to be a special birthday dinner for me. The setting inside the restaurant belied the strip-mall entry...cozy, with a fireplace in the center and the buzz of people enjoying their time together. However, my veal parmesan arrived overcooked and tough. Sauce on my husband's ravioli was bitter and the dinners of our daughter and son-in-law were only mediocre. The wait staff was attentive and even brought me a small pour of red wine since my companions preferred a bottle of white. The owner, Vittorio, came to oversee the arrival of the food. Too bad it didn't match his enthusiasm and friendliness. Best thing about the meal that night? The dessert, which we all shared. I would like to give this place another try, but my family was disappointed and unimpressed, especially since it was expensive. I think I'll be out-voted...

What is better than good barbecue?! And they do a great job with the pork and beef brisket. And baked beans! But I dislike their cole slaw and REALLY wish they could get theirs from Frisches.

This is a really nice place in the centre of Powell. I like the milk bottle lights and chalk boards where icecream flavours are listed. Haven't been for a while but still has a good selection. I chose orange buttermilk and salty caramel. Both were delicious.

The Liberty Tavern is a spacious and cool little pub in downtown Powell, Ohio. The décor features neat sayings from Benjamin Franklin and the restaurant was clean. There were televisions on the walls for those that need that kind of stimulation and the bar area is sizeable.
I tried a peanut butter, fig jam & bacon burger, as it caught my eye as something new and different. That burger was quite tasty - it was cooked to order and was really nice. The French Fries were a bit undercooked, so they should have been softer on the inside, but the crunch on the outside was okay. Value-wise, the prices were a touch high for the amount of food that came, but my stomach didn't feel shorted by the portions.
If you're going to stop by, note that there is ample parking behind the building, as the street parking is sparse. I'm glad I stopped in and will come back to try another interesting burger.

Locally & family owned - established in 2012. Specializing in seasonal, handcrafted fare w/ a carefully curated draft & bottle list this gastropub takes comfort food to another level without the pretense. Add to it an awesome kids menu & the whole family is happy! A buzzing bar highlights the center of the restaurant & is home to the M-F happy hour - 1/2 off drafts & $6 wine pours.
We were visiting the area from out of town and went here based on reviews. They do not take reservations, but we had a large party and called ahead and got right in. We each got something different and sort of taste tested each others food. It was all good. The beer selection was incredible but for the non-beer drinkers, the cocktails were good too. I don't think you could get a bad meal here. Service was great also. Will return again.
