The food at this Dunkin Donuts was the same as any other, and everything we received was fresh. However, we stood in line for ages when there were only a few folks ahead of us, and although we had a very simple order, several people behind us got their more complex orders before we got ours. On top of that, they didn't even get our order correct. The staff was friendly enough, but they just didn't seem to be interested in doing their jobs well. It felt like their social interactions with each other were far more important than properly serving their customers. The only thing I can say in their defense is that one of the other customers who ordered while we were there had no control of her family or her order and that certainly had a distracting effect on the entire experience.

Pit stop off of I-24 -- headed home to Franklin TN -- needed a sweet tooth fix. This place hit the spot. Friendly and helpful staff. Store uses local dairy for product sources. The main thing here is ice cream. Lots of choices. 30 plus flavors. Hand scooped and mixed per order. Pretty fast service -- this is not a fancy show and tell / interactive shop -- just the basics -- and that's alright!
BTW. The place was packed the entire time we were there. Of course this was a Sunday afternoon. They have both indoor and outdoor seating.

WONDERFUL addition to Pleasant View! Sandwiches big enough to share, and a large selection to choose from, so if you prefer chicken over beef, they've got you covered. Nachos - home made and layered. Beer on tap or bottles and a full bar. Indoor and outdoor seating. And now to the fries! Their fries do not come from a bag and are cut fresh daily (I don't actually know this to be gospel, but as GOOD as they are, they must be!), you don't run out of fries before sandwich, and they're always cooked to perfection! I'm a repeat customer and the only time I had a concern, the owners LISTENED to me, made it right, and made me feel important doing so.

Really good service and we all loved our meals. It was one of the best Reuben sandwiches that I have had; good stuff. One of my friends had the French Dip sandwich and loved it as well. The husband is the Chef and the wife is the waiter, and they are very personable and welcoming. I will be back.

Excellent for Nashville which means STELLAR for PLEASANT VIEW. Had eaten here fairly frequently whenever in PV as it is hands-down best option within 15+ mile radius that I am aware of. Since no longer frequenting PV if I do happen to be in nearby area and want food I will still grab takeout since it is definitely THAT good. My favorites are Spicy Girl roll and Shrimp Tempura Roll (add cream cheese, but that's just how ST rolls should be made IMHO.)

Although the restaurant was busy when we arrived, the wait was less than the estimated 10-15 minutes. The senior-priced lunch was $6.75 and included entree and two sides. The food and service were both very good, and all the employees were friendly. I'd make it a point to stop here if I were ever traveling in this area again.

I like Sonic. When I go to Sonic I have an expectation of sitting and eating in my car with the traditional side tray. When I ordered my food it was brought in a bag with no tray. I was told they were all broken. Seriously? It is Sonic Drive in. Order more trays. Food was good though as well as service.

Let us start with drink order--- I ordered water with lime. They brought plain water and sdaid I could not have a lime for it as the limes were just for cocktails! Ordered my dinner-- I would like a shrimp chimichanga-- sure would you like steak or chicken!? We were part of a party of 7 adults. Each meal came out of the kitchen by itself with a 2-3 minute span between them. That's right 21 minutes from the first diner served to the last. My shrimp chimichanga was HORRIBLE ! Need I say any more about this place?

This is a typical pizza hut with the usual items. What is significant is that if you want to eat at a pizza place in Springfield where you can eat in, though you can also get an excellent pizza at Torino's.

Located in the Pleasant View Village since 2008. We have pizza, subs, salads, wings, calzones, cheese sticks, spaghetti, and more! We have dine-in, Carryout, and delivery service to the Pleasant View area.
We've been going to Chris' Pizza for years & the service has always been pretty bad, really young kids that seem unhappy & not focused on cleanliness. Also, there are handwritten signs all over the place: 1.) Don't throw away full cups in the trash can 2.) Make sure the toilet isn't flushed before you leave the restroom 3.) You can't order within 30 minutes of closing time. We've always thought that was tacky. This weekend their pizza oven broke down yet we sat there over 45 minutes (normally takes 15-20 min) & no one bothered to come let us know we weren't getting our pizza. It was getting late, we were very hungry so we went to ask if it would be ready soon. All they said was, "oh, our oven broke so we can't cook it but we can give you your money back if you want". Never told us a thing. When I went to find out why they didn't bother telling us (since it was then almost 7:15 & much later than we normally eat), they just said "sorry". I asked to speak to a manager & Chris was standing right there & had heard my entire conversation. He immediately raised his voice & said "I'm the one losing money here, it's Friday night, my busiest night & I can't cook pizza's". Not sure why that was my problem as a customer but he was extremely rude to me (raising his voice) & the only thing he would say is "sorry". As a business owner, I would've offered maybe an order of breadsticks on the next visit or something besides an insincere sorry. We could've been there all night if we hadn't asked. He approached me again as we were leaving & again was rude. He doesn't have any business etiquette or customer service skills.
A couple of weeks ago we were in there eating & the guy walked right past us with our food & took it to another table. He sat it down without even confirming it was theirs & walked away, leaving it at their table until we realized it was ours. He went & picked it up from their table & brought it to ours. That is against health codes bec those people could've touched it or anything. We've been really discouraged with things pretty much since they've been open bec it's ok food with terrible service, always, but the treatment this past weekend sealed the deal for us that we won't be back & we want to make sure others don't support someone that treats people that disrespectfully.
