When staying at Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife we ventured out on the hunt for dinner not as pricey as in hotel restaurants and we come across this restaurant looked on tripadvisor with mixed reviews and have to say excellent value, good quality food and attentive service will be returning

We stayed in a villa in Callao Salvaje for a week in April. I had read about Gourmandises on trip advisor and went most mornings for bread and croissants. The croissants were always excellent. The baguettes were somewhat variable, ranging from excellent to a little overdone. Our last morning, I was in very early and the normal baguettes were still in the oven. Instead I took a seeded loaf. I was annoyed up until the point where we were on the plane and broke into the loaf ... it was divine and must have really annoyed everyone else on the flight.

This brilliant ice cream parlour is run by a traditional Italian family who hand make their ice cream on site. The flavours are Devine and portion sizes are huge. At E1.50 for a small cone (which is enormous!) its value for money and delicious at the same time. It's tucked down a little side street so you need to look for it rather than buying from the commercial ice cream store on the Main Street corner.

Located slightly away from the centre this restaurant is worth a stroll.
The people (ie service) are lovely and v helpful.
The food is good, albeit with a modest menu length.
The wine choice is disappointing with only really 1, maybe 2, red choices. We were pushed towards a local wine that cost more than a rioja, and it was underwhelming.
On a warm night you could sit outside and this is a nice spot with sea, mountain & town views.

Lots smoothies flavors and fresh vegwtables and fruits juices Many internationals cocktails wines and artisanal beers. Pizza gourmet and interesting dishes pasta with differents sauces change every daily menu. Also a fantastic corner of home made desserts

I have tried lots of restaurants around here and I end up back at this one every time because it’s the best. They have different menu every day and it’s delicious things like fresh fish, avocado salads pasta pizza carpaccio, tuna carpaccio, lamb,pasta with truffles, vegetarian options and a delicious pizza thin crust. Awesome Italian chef. You can sit inside or in a spacious courtyard al fresco.
