Went here when passing thru Pati. Apparently this is not some average "waroeng" (food stall). Instead, this is a fancy restaurant built around traditional Javanese theme/concept with a modern touch, offering good Indonesian cuisine and a spotless, serene, relaxing atmosphere, and warm, friendly service followed with above average (local) pricing.
We were asked to chose between sitting outside at the beautifully landscaped garden between its relaxing koi pond & a small antique wooden house that function as a praying room (Musholla), or inside the main building which was built to look like an upscale traditional Javanese house.
It was almost noon so we chose to sit in the main structure where we'd be shaded. As we walked inside... WOW..top to bottom windows, sculptured woods, huge fresh flower arrangement, vases of greens & lots of antiques on every corner. If you love/appreciate art (like we do), your eyes will have a feast looking around and at every object there. Gorgeous, gorgeous, gorgeous!!!
Our party ordered oxtail soup (sop buntut), beef rib soup (sop iga), local Pati soup (soto kemiri), yellow fried chicken (ayam goreng), chicken satay (sate ayam), chicken sour soup (garangasem ayam), Indonesian salad (gado-gado), banana with chocolate syrup on top (pisang coklat), fruit juices, coffee, tea, and Pati's rare-coconut juice with pink syrup (es kelapa kopyor). The portion was slightly smaller than average considering the price (Jakarta restaurant pricing), but everyone was pleased with their food & drink.
What was going to be a short stop became quite a long stop for us, as we really enjoyed the atmosphere, the facilities, the service, the food and drink and the cleanliness of this establishment.

Swikee , merupakan makanan khas salah satu daerah di Indonesia yang enak , bahan bakunya yaitu daging katak yang di masak kuah atau di goreng , sehingga rasanya enak sekali , saat ini sudah banyak variasi jenis masakan yang berbahan daging katak juga bisa di masak tongseng
Letak depotnya ini di jalan supriyadi - kota Pati , harganya sangat murah sekali dan rasanya ok , kalau kesana jangan lupa makan swikee ini pasti kenyang dan puas

My favorite menu here are ayam goreng and juan lo soup. Ayam goreng or fried chicken in Kembang Joyo has very authentic taste, the spices are great. I always order half well-done, it was nice. Juan lo soup is also awesome, it contains seafood, fresh vegetables,mushroom and many more; recommended to try. Although the decoration was not so special, a bit obsolete, but you should try for the food.

let me tell you we are coming for family dinner. 1 dish can come in maybe 20mnts after. yet all the waitres are just passing by with their innocent faces. taste...POOR!!!!

Pati is a small city in Central Java, I found 1 best resto in Pati that is named Mbok Ndut (Big Mama) Resto. The Resto provide some traditional but innovative menu, the plating, the name of the menu or the presentation.
Love to be here, if we are lucky we can sit in the 2nd floor with open air, we can eat our dinner, relax and chats.
Special menu is the flying noodles that attract the youngsters too try.

Berada dekat dengan Hotel Safin, kami menyempatkan untuk mampir ke 1868. Tampilan dari luar tempat ini kelihatan kecil, tapi setelah masuk, banyak sekali ruangan yang difungsikan sebagai tempat makan, bahkan di bagian belakang pun kita dapat memilih untuk makan menghadap ke taman.
Pilihan makanan rumahan cukup beragam, tetapi karena sudah dimasak terlebih dahulu maka rasa masakan cenderung untuk dingin. Pilihan minuman saat kami datang sangat terbatas karena mungkin datang sudah larut malam.
Cocok untuk bergaul dan berkumpul bersama dengan teman atau keluarga.
