Until you have had a meal at this restaurant you might not. My wife and I had dinner here 10/30/16 and were we pleased with the choice. As often happens the cup of soup you receive prior to the meal, will give you a clue about what is about to arrive. In our case we started out with stuffed green pepper soup WOW absolutely fabulous. I followed that with veal in a buttery white sauce, and my wife had a filet of beef. Can I over use the fab word, well it applies to the entries too. Followed that by sharing a Bailey's irish cream creme brule Fab.
Great service in an unusual surrounding " 1880s farm mansion" for what I consider a true VALUE for the quality I recommend this to any of you. Bill $125 including tip and a couple drinks from the bar for my wife and I

I wanted to give a great review, but find myself utterly astonished at the lack of customer service tonight. Last week, while traveling to stay in Paris several nights a week, I found myself with a sweet tooth and the Paris DQ came to my rescue. After giving all the varieties great thought, the Royal Rocky Road sounded delicious, EXCEPT for the marshmallow in the middle. YUCK! I asked if I could change it out for peanut butter sauce, the girl said yes, and I was thrilled with my choice!
I came back to Paris for work and decided another one of those Rocky Road Peanut Butter's was on my list to have this week. I pulled up and asked for it.
The dark haired girl not only told me no, but proceeded to give me a story how they aren't allowed to change it. I said I would gladly pay more, if necessary, and that I had one the week before from that Dairy Queen. The answer was still no. "We have to make it according to recipe." Seriously?!?
That's okay DQ. I left without my Royal Blizzard, but Wendy's made up for it with their Frosty!
DQ, you lost a sale. Perhaps your help needs to be more flexible!

My wife and I moved to Indiana in 2012 from Phoenix, Arizona where we lived for 22 years. We had tried quite a few Mexican restaurants in the Illiana area. We found one that was comparable to the food we had in Arizona, but they closed. I gave San Marcos a try and I am glad I did. The food was great and so was the service. Have eaten at San Marcos several times since my first visit and I have never disappointed.

First of all I was a bit shocked that this wonderful BBQ spot was not on trip advisor. Yay now it is here.
We have been here twice in one week.
The smoked wings with their spice rub were wonderful. We only got six. Wished there had been more.
We split a Chicago beef sandwich with giardiniera. Delicious.
There was only one order of burnt ends so we took that off their hands.
Our choice of sides were baked beans and mac and cheese. We asked about the spicy cole slaw but didn't choose it. They were so kind to bring a sample along with our meal. Good but I prefer creamy. Next time we will try some other sides. Many choices.
We took beef brisket and pulled pork to have at home. Can't wait.
Four choices of their own BBQ sauces so something for everyone.
Love the the drive through option too.

Consistently, great food and great service. We haven't had a bad thing on the menu yet but especially like the stuffed pizza (worth the wait!) While other restaurants in Paris have gone down in quality in recent years, Savoia's has maintained a high standard. Friendly staff is just the cherry on top.

This place is run by a real Italian, not that common in a little provincial Midwestern farm town. Good amount of food, well made, cheerful service, supporter of the community. A real find.

Love a great breakfast. I stopped here one morning and brought my husband back the next day
The stuffed hash browns are wonderful. Sour cream, cheese and bacon on top. Wow.
The morning special two eggs with meat and toast along with coffee all for 4 dollars. Another day for that.
I wish they had come around more frequently with coffee refills.
Nice local spot.

Good Restaurant In An Area With Few Alternatives
What does an Italian restaurant have to do with a Midwestern farm town with country-western music tastes? Absolutely nothing, except for the fact that Tuscany is about the only nice restaurant in my sorely-fading old home town. I'm not even sure it's truly Italian -- it may be run by Albanians. nevertheless, it's a nice place, and the chicken parmigiana was good. They advertise several steak specials, and it seems they have a prime rib night most weekends.

The Clubhouse has an elegant feel, yet is casual. I have eaten there for both lunch and dinner. Lunch on the veranda is especially enjoyable. The servers are friendly, too. They were able to easily accommodate all our special requests at a recent business dinner. And did I say service is great?

Paris has very few options when it comes to non-chain dining. Los Tres Caminos is a good choice for good "American" Mexican food. Nothing is too spicy, but everything is enjoyable. It's a very good value. The staff are always very friendly. It can be quite busy in the evenings and there is sometimes a wait.
