We went there for a few mornings and they do have a wide selection of breakfast - which is a change from other restaurant who only offer american and continental breakfast. However it is not very cheap and the service is not good. I have never seen a smile on any of the staff. They look so bored of being there. I would more recommend the other coffee shop at the corner of the street. The lady is adorable, food cheap and good :-)

Chalita Cafe Restaurant is a family business located in a thai cozy wooden house where you will feel like home. <br>CLOSED ON SUNDAY.
We stayed just outside of Krabi for 8 days and got a taxi here 4 times.
The atmosphere here is constantly buzzing, people queuing up waiting for a table.
The owner is so friendly, cracked us up with her stories and bent over backwards to please us.
The food was out of this world!!!!!!
We had the seafood fritters to start on every night we went- they are just the best and so fresh!!! We tried the Panang curry, which was the best we had eaten in Thailand over 3 weeks, chicken Singapore noodles, again amazing!! I would imagine the whole menu to be just as tasty!!!
There little grand daughter is so cute too who just added to the family charm of the place!!
Thank you so much for an amazing 4 nights. We can’t wait to come back and visit you again!!!!

Gecko is a gorgeous little restaurant im Krabi town. It is beautifully decorated. The service was amazing, the waitresses were very friendly ans served very well.
The menu has a great selection, mainly thai. The prices are so good. We got a pad and a chicken fried rice for 4$ each! However, after we ordered we realised we ideally shouldve ordered 3/4 things to share as that's what most people were doing . But we were satisfied with our single portions anyway!
We would definitely recommend here

Just another awful thai restaurant, that take advantage of the tourists and the position that exists. The service is really slow, they don't understand english, they make mistakes and after they speak loud and rude to you, as it is your mistake. The food is really low quality and the atmosphere very cheap, very loud music to attract people, in front of the main street, dirty restaurant and expensive. Absolutely don't go there!

Baitoey restaurant was established in 1988 It is one of the oldest restaurant in Krabi town. The restaurant is located right next to Krabi river, so you can enjoy a fantastic view of the river while you are eating our delicious food.
Went here for lunch. The view is a dream. We were sat overlooking the river. The food for me was good but nothing to write home about, my partner however, really rated the fish Cakes! Said he loved them and he demolished the Pad Thai in seconds! The atmosphere was very laid back. It is a great place to have a long relaxing lunch!

This place was full of locals, and run by a very efficient and cool manager/owner. Mostly rice/noodle dishes on offer, all at about 40 Baht. Soft drinks 10-20.Baht. Although modest portions for me a fat westerner, they were very tasty indeed. Lovely staff too. Not fine dining, but excellent tastes and value.

The cakes here are delicious and a real treat. The food is excellent and keenly priced. There are all the thai favourites and they are tasty and well cooked. The crowd is a good mix of locals and tourists and there is an English menu and English is spoken.

Despite the boom of tourism-centered commercial development in Krabi Town over the past few years, Easy Cafe is still the best place for a cup of coffee, breakfast or a meal. Located at Chaofah Pier just a minutes walk down the sloping road from Pak-Up Hostel, the cafe enjoys a nice location overlooking Krabi River. There are both outdoor Seating as well as an air-conditioned interior. Take your pick off western style cuisine with pastas, burgers or sandwiches, or sample Thai delicacies, there are plenty to choose from. You won't be disappointed.
By the way, the owners of Easy Cafe and Relax Coffee and Restaurant are the same. They have actually merged their businesses into one now at the present Easy Cafe location. Just so you know. The merger have been reported so hopefully TripAdvisor will be able to merge the two listings together.
