A small locally owned business serving breakfast lunch and now dinner with unique offerings among the standards.
We chose this place based on a recommendation from the front desk of our hotel and weren't disappointed for breakfast. Don't be turned off by the rustic outside look, and it's sparse inside decor, it is the food that shines. A favorite of my wife was the French Toast with raspberry compote, to which one can add egg and bacon, which she had all 3 times we visited. I had a selection of their offerings, the Big Mike breakfast holds you until well in the afternoon, the omelets are almost as filling. Service is fast and friendly and as opposed to other places in town, there isn't a wait. In nice weather there's outside seating too. Get there before the world comes banging on their door.

Love to stop in and see what they have baked up. They have pies, bread, and many types of pastries. We don't need the calories but sometimes it is nice to indulge in one of those very nice pastries.

Pleasant surprise, 1st time at this restaurant, but won't be the last. Great atmosphere, very friendly and efficient staff, and some of the best Mexican food I have tasted. Ordered 2 tacos, small meal, right?? Wrong- monster portions plus beans, rice, chips. Waitress on top of things- refills, clean dishes. And manager inquired on meal. One caution- 2 Damas across from each other. Senors in a different location- whew!

Not too fancy from the outside, but large and clean inside. Very nice employees. We each ordered the "Southern Benny", 2 biscuits, with 2 sausage patties, 2 eggs and smothered in delicious gravy - for $6.99. The portions were generous and 2 of us couldn't finish all of it. It was sooo tasty and you can't beat the price! We'll definitely be back! Only open until 2p

A small and cozy place where myself and two other couples filled about 1/4 of the dinning area. The food is great! While the waitress was pleasantly social as she shared about the history of the restaurant. They're open all year round, and highly recommend eating there.

This is in a little strip area by Bison Ranch. Not very fancy but excellent value for your money. Take cash and save a buck.

Have now had the opportunity to eat here twice, once when driving home from Denver and one during a weekend stay in Overgaard. This place will not disappoint. The food is delicious and the portions large. The last time my sister and I had the special. Grilled ham and cheese with lettuce and tomato AND Russian dressing on parmesan bread! Who ever thought of that! It was delicious!

Wanted the salmon but they wanted $20 for 6oz. So got the Swiss mushroom burger which was good. Side of mash potatoes was one small scoop. Had to ask twice for my soft drink and for butter for the spuds. They had three different staff doing different things. Brought the lady the wrong salad dressing from what she ordered. She had a chicken salad she said was good...okay dining for a remote small town.

Met some friends from back home here for a lovely visit. My husband and I ordered the Chicken club San and it was great. But don't order the fries unless you like soggy potatoes. I don't know if I would return here or not. The jury is out.

Fun. Food. Booze. Huge outdoor patio. 20,000 Sq. Ft. Outdoor recreation area with horseshoe pits, corn-hole boards, giant jenga, etc. Pool tables. Internet Jukebox. Best burgers and cheese steak sandwiches on the Mountain.
What a great surprise to enjoy probably the best pheasant we have ever had. Skin beautifully crisp and the inside juicy and moist. They do know how to cook wild game/bird here. Not easy to do in a lot of restaurants that we have visited. The owner, Curly came to the table and was just very engaging and you could tell he takes a lot of pride in his restaurant by the quality of the food.
We will be back.
