It was our first time to this brasserie. Interior is very cozy. We choose the partridge which was unfortunately too dry. The fish gratin was really tasty though. One big opportunity for improvement is the attitude towards customers. The waiter was really grumpy ....

The chef and his wife offer you top quality and pure enjoyment at a unique location. This restaurant lets you escape from the stress while enjoying gastronomic food in a cosy environment.
Booking it from afar, the service was excellent from the day of reserving the table. The house is beautiful, in a very pretty village (worth a wander around), and I liked the fact that you pass the kitchen on your way from the front door...MoreThank you very much for your beautiful review, we truely appreciate this! Looking forward to welcome you again at your next visit in Belgium :) Best regards, Caroline & Pascal

We ate here while visiting Ghent. We had never seen a soup "fast food" restaurant before but our experience was very good. Excellent prices, tasty and healthy food and friendly staff. The place is small so you may have to wait to eat, but I think it's really worth it. Perfect for december cold. You get bread and butter and a few extras and sauces for free with the soup. I recommend the Thai one!

As the website states, this is not a restaurant as such but a nice place to spend some time with friends and have some good food. This place brings value for money in a very good atmosphere (eventhough it can be pretty crowdy). And, above all, all the times we have been there have been served with a smile. Great service

We just drove by looking for a restaurant and my wife picked this one. Interior is made in Italian type style and looks nice.
Quality of the food is good and pasta's seem to be freshly made, same for other ingredients. That said 7 euro for a small tomato soup is a bit to high, 4 /5 euro is max I would expect in this kind of restaurant.
I have a Tortellini alla Ricotta which was very nice but not really enough. I had some of my sons lasagne, was to big for him.
Overall the Quality of the food was good but the price was a little bit to high.

- The food served is OK: fresch, tasty, prepared with care. A bit old-fashioned though. - The service is not OK (mainly the female host): very unfriendly (ruined the night). - Too bad, this chef deserves a lot better.

My boyfriend's family and I had a dinner at the restaurant. Food was good.
However, when we would like to pay our bill. We were told only by then that they don't accept debit bank card. Or we had to pay cash or only paying by Visa. But the bill was 635 euro, who would bring over 600 euro cash with them... We we're not informed when we entered the restaurant or even it's not written on there website. As well as they don't tell it when you made Reservations too.
Be careful when you visit the restaurant.
The waitresses's attitude towards this was really bad. They even didn't say sorry for this inconvenience. They don't care if customers feel upset about it. I mean that's their fault that they don't inform customer in advance.
Be sure that you have a visa card. Or some hundreds euro cash at hands.
Overall, I don't recommend people to go to this restaurant. There are many more restaurants like this. And better service and attitude you can experience in others.

This is a pub/restaurant. I mostly come here for a quick lunch but they offer a dinner menu that changes every month as well. In the summer you can sit outside. There is an outdoor play area for children.
