Home to America's favorite Chicago-style hot dogs, Italian beef, burgers, salads, and chocolate cake.
I'm an avid hotdog lover being born and raised in Chicago. While I've had my share of excellent hotdogs in standalone restaurants it's hard to find a good one in a restaurant chain...that is until I tasted the dogs from This place. Excellent! Mouthwatering! Fulfilling! Whether you eat in or do the drive through you won't be disappointed by either the atmosphere or any of the food.

This is one of the best places I've been in a long time. We had a group sit around the grill and we were entertained and fed some of the most amazing food and a huge amount of it too!

I had the Zingers- chicken tenders with honey barbecue sauce and a Lagunitas beer! The girls got coloring sheets/crayons and ordered chocolate milk, mac n cheese and applesauce! Very accommodating for our Girls by staff. Lots of room, lots of TV's every angle you look! Perfect for group social gathering and The Hawks game!

For outstanding Italian cuisine, look no further than Palermo's 95th. This family run, award winning restaurant specializes in authentic veal, steak, pasta, and fresh seafood creations for lunch and dinner. Established in 1961 by Ben and Nina Calderone, the family tradition still continues thru their sons, Anthony and William. <br>Sherman Kaplen of WBBM radio says, "Palermo's 95th is a true diamond among the southwest side Italian restaurants!" The grilled shrimp and calamari and the 8-finger cavetelli are outstanding. Plus check out their extensive wine and martini list. Featured on WTTW Check Please!
While staying at the Oak Lawn Hilton, I walked into Palermo's 95th anticipating another nice and quiet meal, but had such an excellent experience and meal that I went back again the next night. As a vegetarian, Italian food is always a safe choice (even if it is not on the perfect low carb diet) when not familiar with local restaurants, but I had no idea it would be this good.
Eggplant Parmigiana is my standard upon which I judge any Italian dining and Palermo's not only did not disappoint, but rose to the highest standard. Thinly sliced, expertly breaded and baked to perfection with just the right amount of mozzarella made for a superb meal. I cannot recommend it enough, but the next night I tried the Melanzane, which was even better. From the satisfied smiles I noted at the tables around me, I have no doubt that the rest of the menu was equally amazing. You simply cannot go wrong here.
As I was traveling alone and had time to spare, I elected to add dessert, which was simply sublime. I had the Molton Brownie Truffle topped with Chocolate Chip Mint Ice Cream. You must try it (but it absolutely will NOT fit your calorie plan. Ah well, it was worth it anyway ... twice!)
Last but not least, if you have a chance, ask to be in Kelly R's station. She was wonderful, contributing excellent advice, extremely attentive without being overbearing and was, in general, a breath of fresh air for a traveler who spends way too much time in restaurants across the country.
Thank You Palermo's 95th and Kelly R for a such a delightful experience!

We came here with a big group on account of a funeral. The service was excellent and the food was astounding! They started us off with a delicious beet soup and salad. Then came a sort of dumpling... One with potato, another with meat, and another with mushroom. Then came cucumber salad, sauerkraut, potatoes, sausage, roast beef. I was amazed at how much food was given. Needless to say, we were sufficiently satisfied and had some desert to finish it off. I would definitely recommend this restaurant any day!

Stacked is a yummy breakfast establishment. We skipped the wait by offering to sit at the "tiny table". I had the stuffed French toast with fresh bananas, strawberries, and blueberries. It was so good! The coffee isn't the best I've ever had, but the friendly service more than made up for it. I would definitely eat here again!

After four years of planning and construction, Cooper's Hawk Winery & Restaurant opened in 2005 in Orland Park, a south suburb of Chicago. The concept was unique. We would create a signature menu with a selection of dishes designed to pair perfectly with our own Cooper's Hawk wines, made in our own private winery. With sophisticated food and exceptional wines, our concept was born.
A wonderful evening with friends resulted in the worst dining experience I ever encountered. When a customer expresses their concerns about the bad service they are receiving, you do not expect management to escalate the situation by being rude and intimidating, especially to the customer with the complaint. The manager walked into my friend’s personal space failing with is rude attempt to initmidate. I will NOT patronize this location ever again.

Francesca’s on 95th opened its doors to guests in April of 2009 and joins the Francesca’s family of restaurants as the 18th addition to the family. This south-suburban Chicago outpost offers guests “simple rustic cooking, friendly service and fair prices”; a winning recipe for Francesca’s since 1992. Their menu features the zesty, earthy cuisine of Rome and the surrounding areas of Tuscany, Umbria and Lazio. An eclectic wine list and one-of-a-kind martini’s make the perfect accompaniment to an outstanding dining experience. Drawing its name from the main thoroughfare of Village of Oak Lawn, Francesca’s on 95th features a classically designed bar, lofty ceilings and a bustling trattoria feel. Striking photographs of rural Italian life by Paul Elledge line the walls to create a comfortable, urban setting throughout.
I'm a believer in giving second chances, with friends and restaurants. Having been disappointed with the food at this particular Francesca's on a previous visit we decided to stop by for a light dinner last night. Turns out, Tuesday is 1/2 price wine bottle night. Score one.
We took a look at the menu. So many pasta dishes. Not in the mood for that. So we let our very attentive waiter Sal lead the way with a wine and meal suggestion. He was spot on with a very smooth and drinkable California Cab from Avalon Winery, and for our main course the veal medallions. ( I nearly always try to order something I don't want to cook at home. Veal is one of those dishes) The veal came to the table cooked medium, as requested, and the wine and mushroom sauce was perfect. The crusty bread was warm, the service was excellent, so a great evening at Francesca's on 95th in Oak Lawn.

The thickest, heartiest stuffed pizza (that's the one with the extra layer of crust over the mounds of mozzarella cheese with the sauce on top) on the south side is also always fresh and tasty. We almost always get the spinach (and there is a ton of it, but not so much that it dominates the taste), but I've had several other toppings as well and they are all good. Phil's is also fast and polite, and the prices are more than reasonable, all of which makes it a prized local pizza joint.
