On Sunday evening we had dinner at this restaurant. The meal was wonderful, entree, main course, everthing was very tasteful and the presentation was wonderful. Great chef!
The staff, very friendly, helpful, polite. We opted for fish- and meat dishes; greatly and tastefully presented and it all tasted excellently.
This was the last evening of our stay in Nunspeet and we could not have imagined a better finish!

On the Dutch site IENS Fat Alice's food was qualified as very good but with poor, average service.
The food was very good indeed as was the service !
The atmosphere was quiet and nicely informal.
A very friendly waitress served us and the chef came to our table to advice on the ceasar salad with good beef instead of Turkey.
We spend 47 Euros on a nice caesar salad , 1 big portion of spare ribs Cajun, 2 beers, 3 red wines and one small but tasty icecream desert.
When in Nunspeet we will surely return.

Visiting the Province Gelderland, we did choose this Chinese restaurant in the rustic town Nunspeet because of its authentic Chinese name Ni Hao. This is not the standard type of Dutch mixed Chinese Indonesian restaurant as they want to serve authentic Chinese dishes.
We did choose the Shrimp Envelope & Sole Bundle; Teppan Gamba’s, Crispy Duck and as desert the Crispy Wantan. The presentation and taste off all dishes was excellent, so was the wine. We really did enjoy our evening at this restaurant!

I live nearby so I come here quite often. It's a really nice place for a drink, an ice cream or lunch. I don't agree that it's the best ice cream in town, but it is indeed very good! The place looks nice and modern and gets very busy during summer.

We stayed in hotel de Sparrenhorst and were a bit late to go out for dinner. After having a look at the menu, we decided to dine here. We chose the 3 course menu:
soup, carpaccio, garlic gambas, grilled salmon, vanilla icecream with clotted cream and grand dessert with icecreams, chocolate tart and cream,
Everything tasted very well and the price was very reasonable for a 3 course dinner. Staff quick and friendly and it was nice to see the cooks in the open kitchen.

The four of us decided to eat "bij Frans" on a sunny Saturday evening. This is a very casual place that offers some very nice food. I had the Brie salad as a starter and a Schnitzel with a wonderful sauce for my main course. All very enjoyBle served by engaging staff.

Prima, in Dutch, means "excellent" and that it was. We decided to go out for dinner and Prima was recommended. The small menu offered a nice combination of Dutch fare. We were intrigued by the "surprise" menus, offering 3,4 or 5 courses. all three of us settled on the 4 course offering and we were not disappointed. From a wonderful offering of Steak Tartare to creamy asparagus soup (perhaps the tastiest I have ever had) and a delicious corn fed chicken offering we enjoyed a leisurely dinner. The service by our waitress was delightful and un-rushed. No doubt we'll be back before we return home, even if it is just for a drink and some Bitterballen.

We decided last minute that we wanted to have pizza's and went to Il Camino. Unfortunately the restaurant was fully booked but they could serve us on their Terrace which has heaters. The staff are friendly , the service quick and pizza's great. and all of that for a friendly price

In an area where a lot of places close so early it was great to find this open and to be so welcoming. It was a little late and the kitchen had closed but the staff offered to see if the chef would fire up again and provide something to eat. He did and we did! The food was very good as was the wine but the staff really made it for me. Thank you very much

Food here is great, prices match that also. The quiche is so delicious I have gone 3 times for it.. The girls there are also super nice and they even have a nice place place for the kids, and free wifi if you need to get work done! Alot of the food is healthy and organic or farm fresh. Worth a trip.
