Great place. Didn't exactly know what to expect from an Italian/Brazilian. Awesome combination though. Waiters carry several different types of pastas / sauces around which you can try or refuse. In addition they also carry around the various meats you expect from a Brazilian churrascaria (sausages, chicken but also top quality steak). The seasoning of the meats was close to the best I ever had. They also have a huge salad, cheese, ... bar which I didn't even try but looked awesome too. We were too full for desserts although I really wanted to try the mousse of chocolate and maracuya. Next time. Great place - highly recommend. There is also a full bar. And it works well for bigger groups as well as smaller groups. Try the complimentary cachaca shots presented at the entrance - powerful stuff ;-)

Since 1953 in the city of Novo Hamburgo, the Bifao serves the system à la carte and features a variety of over 30 kinds of cattle steaks or chicken with different sauces such as parmigiana, four cheeses, wood, funghi, mustard and dried tomatoes . There steaks options for 1, 2 or 4 people, as well as promotional combos for 8 people. It serves input portions, salads, hot dishes and desserts. Open for lunch, dinner, tele-delivery and counter to take the restaurant has private and free parking, security, wii-fi, air conditioning, TV, magazine stand, and event space with a different environment.
We were told this is one of the older (60+ years) traditional restaurants in town. The dining can almost be described as family style. Long tables. Nothing fancy. But the food is totally awesome. The steak is possibly of a slightly lower quality - it is thinner steak - not the nice juicy thick medallions - but you have a bunch of delicious sauce options which makes the dinner so good - at least for people that love sauces (North/West Europeans - you have to come here). There is a schnitzel option at the lowest end; but also delicious mushroom cream sauces, cheese sauces and so on. The plates are huge and are typically shared with the table. Be hungry. The plates come with very good French fries (I am Belgian and consider myself an authority on fries ;-); some rice, beans, salad all presented to share. The caipirinhas were awesome. The service is good. The price is very good ;-) Highly recommend.

This restaurant servers a full self service, including salads, Deserts and main dishes. For a very reasonable price you have all fresh salads and some very good options like cheese lasagna, rice, pasta. Usually the beans are cooked with bacon.
The Deserts are incredible!!!
Gets busy around 12pm
If you are not vegetarian they also offer barbecue.

Cannot say anything about the food, since I only tried the coffee. The menu looks very good and you can see that there was some planning on its elaboration.

+ fun And much flavor Bring people together... That is our Mission. The + pastel is to share... Share a piece, a flavor, a smile, to listen, speak, talk, and most of all, celebrate. A place to exchange ideas, learn and evolve. The +pastel is a place of real dates, for real people.
I recommend this restaurant for a quick lunch! The place is always crowded and it's not that easy to park near by!

The sushi buffet is not well served, the sushimen cannot keep up with it. You go to the buffet and it's always empty. And the line... oh, the line is endless.

Mexican restaurant. Our cuisine is a delicious fusion of Brazil / Mexico that takes place in a warm atmosphere, providing a unique experience of colors, flavors and entertainment.
I love going to Olé, it's one of the top places in Novo Hamburgo. The food is awesome and everybody is very kind. There are different attractions throughout the week, like "Noche de las Chicas" on Wednesdays. Also, Silvana makes the best cheese cake I've had in Brazil, which us part of the dessert buffet on Saturday's lunch menu.

I've been Pica Pau customer for 38 years.
Yes, believe it, they seat in the exactly same corner for, probably, more than 40 years.
Hamburger, brekburger, as their brand, is bulky and delicious.
I have y preferred recipe for all this years, and quality is untouched. Even bread, which is always a key question (for my taste) as kept the same quality, not interfering notably on your experience,
My kids know it since ever and with the growing alternatives in the towns I have to say they keep their (relative) loyalty to them.
