Nestled in the quiet, residential neighborhood of Provincetown's west end, Relish is a convenient stop on the way to the beach. Relish is a bakery and sandwich shop. A selection of breakfast sandwiches, coffee cakes, muffins and scones for the early birds. Delicious, perfect sandwiches, cheeses, sweets and cookies for an oceanside picnic. Cold gazpacho, prepared meals and salads, cakes, pies. Wedding cakes. Iced cookies. Holiday tins. Relish is the best in its class. Great coffee, espresso, iced tea, water and soft drinks - of course. Breakfast, lunch, and dessert.
$45 for a dozen cupcakes.......hello? Go here if you want exotic sandwiches and over-priced bakery items.......excellent quality, but Bonnatt's is better, by far, back in Harwichport....no idea as to flexibility........their way, or the highway......won't return.

The Top Mast Cafe is a bright and cheerful, family-friendly summer cafe in the Beach Point neighborhood of North Truro, MA - just 9 minutes from Provincetown. We serve standard American fare, along with creative daily food and drink specials. There is outdoor dining on our patio, plenty of free parking, and take-out service. We are closed now for the winter and re-open in May 2018.
We pulled onto Route 6A after leaving Provincetown, MA. We were actually interested in the cottages located in North Truro. So, we pulled in and then decided not to go in since we were heading actually to Truro Vineyards.
So, we found ourselves too early for the vineyards and still hungry for breakfast. So, we drove back and went inside Top Mast Cafe. Come to find out, I think this is the only place to dine in the area. I ordered a blueberry pomegranate-pear bellini and the lobster benedict while my husband ordered lobster omelet. The food and the service was very good and I would definitely recommend this restaurant.
Also, if you're looking to stay in this area you might want to check out their resort alongside the restaurant or their motel located across the street along the Atlantic Ocean.

Less is more with this little gem of a cupcake shop. No need for choices b/c their vanilla cupcake is the best EVER. I'm a big sweet eater and this is really the best! The eastern european employee wasn't exactly the friendliest the first time we came in. But we stopped back by a few days later and was met with happy faces serving AWESOME cupcakes. Lookign forward to going back next year!

This was always our first stop in P-Town for some Sweet Puppy Love.....well they no longer carry the same coffees. The Revelator brand "Mercy Street" does not hold a candle to it. Wegmans Frenxh roast at 2.99 a lb is better that this stuff. Very disapointed.

Let me preface this review by saying I love this sandwich shop. Best in Provincetown. This morning was a little off. Ordered a high head sandwich with no mayo, with lettuce, tomato and onion. A different young man made the sandwich, but put mayo, and didn't add the lettuce tomatoes and onion. I also noticed it was sliced chicken, not grilled. Whoever took the order, did so incorrectly. Again, I love this shop. I was in a hurry so I enjoyed the sandwich. I let them know, and they even offered to give me another

Since 1988, Montano's Restaurant has been treating residents and visitors of North Truro alike to authentic Italian cuisine that's made from scratch the old fashioned way. With pasta that's crafted in-house and cooked to order, homemade sauces, and pizza dough that's made fresh daily, it's easy to see why we've become a local favorite. You'll be welcomed in with warm and inviting service as you relax and look over our menu. Our dishes feature local seafood that's freshly caught as well as dry aged USDA Prime Meats for steak that's intensified in flavor and cooked to perfection. Whether you're tasting our New Haven style pizza or our eggplant parmesan, you'll feel like you're dining in Italy without leaving Cape Cod.
Many restaurants on the Cape close for the winter. Montano's does not. It is a great dining alternative to waiting in line in Provincetown. Most pasta is made in house. Our group enjoyed appetizers like fried calamari, Caesar salad, and oysters on the half shell (not that plump considering the season). Fresh bread with olive oil and freshly grated Parmesan is always replenished. The special when we visited was swordfish but they had just run out. Our group did enjoy wild boar paparadelle, linguine with clam sauce, and fresh salmon. The service was very good.

Strolling up and down Commercial Avenue? Then visit the Portuguese Bakery for pastry, a sandwich, and coffee. Tight space, lots of patrons, but worth the squeeze. You can sit inside, or take your munchies down to Macmillan wharf and watch the boats and ducks. Reasonable prices, lots of choices.

I had the scallops. A slightly spicy/hot blend of flavors in the sauce, and scallops were perfectly cooked. My salad was fresh, and I agree with every other reviewer who loved the fried stuffed olives. Only down side was the noise level, high for conversation at a dining table. But go for the food.

Purple Feather is a true Mom & Pop place.
All of our chocolate confections are hand made in our own kitchens. We also make all our own gelato, desserts and fudge.
Our Hot chocolate and Mocha Lattes are considered the best by many of our guests. We use only "George Howell" coffee & espresso, and "Mem" loose leaf teas
Purple Feather now serves Breakfast till noon and the rest of our food menu till 8 PM. Try our Lobster Roll or Baked Mac & Cheese. We also serve panini, sandwiches & salads for very reasonable price. Our baked mac & cheese is an old family recipe.
We now have a full bar!
Try our Mermaids Orgasm before dinner or a new gelato cocktail after.
After friends raved about this place, I stopped by for a dessert piece of fudge and got the one I think was called dark chocolate decadence (you can try samples) and it lived up to its name. The fudge was some of the best I have ever tasted. It was lucky I only bought one piece or I would have eaten more when I got back to my room.

Travelled down to P'Town with some friends to have dinner at The Mews and enjoy some great music at the open mic night and hear Digney Fignus perform as the main act for the evening. For the better part of 25 years the Mews has been showcasing local talent...along with serving some fantastic martinis and food.
In case you think that there is nothing to do on the Cape in the winter...think again..or better yet don't think about it as all cause it is our secret. There is plenty to do on the Cape in he winter. From one end to other there are clubs and restaurants open and happy to have foodies and music lovers come in and spend an evening.
In the summer it might take you two hours to get from Yarmouth down to P'Town..and that would be considered fast. Last night we did it in under an hour and that was with two separate rollover accidents blocking the highway. One of party had thought to make a reservation as we were a party of six. No problem getting the reservation and they were waiting for us as we walked in the door. Parking can be an issue so we dropped the ladies off, drove down Commercial street and found on street parking about three blocks away.
Our serve was Steve and he was on top of his game all night. Prompt, helpful and a true professional.
Everyone ordered drinks and we were soon searching the menu trying to decide what great dishes we would have. Drinks came and the wine glasses were beautiful to look at and the contents equally so to enjoy. The martini at the table was also a delight. My wife and I ordered the lobster and corn chowder and cheeseburgers. Everyone else went with the fixed menu for $35 which was a great buy. Full generous servings of the apps and main dishes and huge desserts. The fish with risotto was the winner although our burgers were pretty darn good. We went light by the way because we are headed to SFO next week for Christmas with our son and we are holding back on eating too much before we go. I think we have 5 parties to go to between now and when we leave. The pudding cake was fabulous by the way. Coffee at the bar is free. One restroom on the main floor and the rest are downstairs.
Wonderful food, excellent service and fantastic music. All adds up to we gotta come back.
