Hiding between north miami and sunny isles.
It was a hot day and miami was busy with the food and wine festival so I was surprised to see how busy Kabobji was, especially for a Sunday.
As the server was taking us to a table as soon as we arrived, The girl at the front stopped us and said we must wait as the table was being cleaned.
She took her job seriously But in all fairness, by the time we would have arrived at the table it would have been cleaned and ready. It was the only free table.
While waiting for our food our server gave us a basket of puffy pita breads. Straight From the oven to the table they were hot and when I broke mine open, the steam came billowing out In a puff. They were absolutely Delicious.
We ordered :
1. Beef Kafta.... ground beef kebab seasoned (somewhat bland) served with onions and humus in a crispy shawarma shell with humus and a side order of perfectly cooked French fries. I added some pickled radish and this made my kafta taste really good.
2. A Shawarma plate with thinly sliced beef .....flavored and cooked too perfection. This came with a side order of rice and tahini It was delicious, soft and well flavored.
Previously I’ve had the chicken shawarma plate and it is equally as delicious.
The service was fast and good
Value was excellent and portions are generous.
I give 4 stars because of the attitude of the front of house girl.

Very nice atmosphere. Service was exceptional. Grilled sardines were amazing. Fairly priced. Grilled cod was good but a little too much garlic. Seafood with rice was a little like a very mild paella.

Not a ton ambiance and a sort of a weird menu (mix of Latin and Italian). But oh...was the food good! I had a simple Chicken Marsala and it was so good I seriously considered coming back the next night and ordering exactly the same thing (I did not ;-) Just a neat little place with nice food.

So I went here for lunch with my husband and daughter while on vacation. We only had sandwiches. My husband had a Cuban sandwich and I had chicken. I can say it was on authentic Cuban pressed bread and was delish. I would have liked to try more entrees but never got around to it.
We did notice the other patrons meals and it all looked good. I'm looking forward to going back and trying a few more items. Other than that the service was great and food came out in a timely manner.

Awesome place, greeted with fabulous appetizers to start & then so many delicious menu options. Nice sized portions so go hungry or plan to take home leftovers. My second time here & will always come back when I’m in the area or especially if staying at Aqualina!

Great grilled meats and fresh juices at Little Brazil.
Tried the fejoada (only served on Saturdays), and it was awesome. Lots of different meats, including sausage in the black bean stew - great flavor. Served with rice, orange slices, really good greens and farofa (a toasted yucca topping).
Highly recommended.

A Modern American Steakhouse, BOURBON STEAK Miami offers contemporary American fare with a focus on all natural, organic and hormone free cuts of beef poached and finished over the wood-burning grills. The restaurant also features Michael Mina's Lobster Pot Pie as well as the ever-popular Duck Fat French Fries. BOURBON STEAK'S striking design was created by internationally renowned architect/design firm, Tony Chi and Associates. A dynamic twelve foot high glass box entry provides a dramatic welcome to guests. Comprised of a number of different spaces, the breathtaking 7,600 square foot restaurant includes The Tavern, a casual dining space fed by the energy of an adjacent bar, a wine cellar and lounge, a large glamorous dining room with glittering mirrored walls and a "glass box" private dining room. There is also an additional Tasting Room with a private garden.
We were worried that our menu options would be limited (we are generally not meat eaters), but the seafood selection was great and every thing we ordered was delicious. Service was terrific and although not cheap, we enjoyed our dinner very much! I would give it five stars, but it was very pricey relative to value. Still, a lovely evening.
