Amazing restaurant to enjoy fresh fish on this nice fisherman village. Highly recommended, take some time at Penon Blanco beach close to this restaurant, then take pleasure requesting for your favorite fish or asking for recommendation there. I recommend red shrimp, snuff, fried cod... mmm, delicious

The attraction of this place is the memorabilia of those Clint Eastwood spaghetti westerns that were filmed here and which litter the walls and shelves of the restaurant. At weekends, they show continuous loops of the films (but they also put the price of the 9 euro menu up to 13 euros!). For 9 euros you get a salad starter followed by a choice of "first plates" and then another choice of "second plates", bread, a drink and dessert. The service is good, the quality excellent and the quantity almost unmanageable! A must if you are in the area.

This is our second stay here la loma the rooms are spaicious the breakfast with home made bread served with lovely jam and honey with the most spectacular views. This place has it all it has entertainment also during summer where you can sit listning to flamenco whilst dinning on thier good food. The tabulae is delicious as is the goats cheese salad served on a tomatoe marmerlade. Service is lovely and freindly and exceptionaly good price either to stay or to just eat. Again we will be returning here thats for sure so do visit if you get the oppotunity.

Very friendly staff, who can also speak English and Italian. One pizza and a small salade is enough for two hungry people! The parmasan and rocket salade was delious, the perfect accompaniment to a pizza. Although, the flavours in the salade are not varied enough to eat a stand alone dish. On returning to this restaurant for a takeaway I received a complementary beer and olive tapas, along with some friendly banter, a guide book and advice about the area. Reasonably priced.

For 10 euros you get a fresh salad starter followed by good quality and large quantity first and second plates from one of the most extensive menu-del-dia lists that you will find anywhere. The food is mostly fresh and well-cooked and is washed down with a drink of your choice and followed by a dessert of your choice (again from an extensive range) and a lemon sorbet. The service was excellent too.

A convenient and welcoming location for a good cheap coffee or drink and tapas. There is usually a good variety of home made tapas on offer and a family atmosphere as the bar is run by a young local couple with young children.
Various clubs and groups meet there and you may be invited to play bridge or spanish dominoes or join the intercambio group where spanish and English meet to help each other with their respective languages.

This was about half way along our journey and although at first glance it looks another scruffy service area along the E15/A7, the cafe area is actually ok. There’s a non descript adjoining hotel but inside the cafe it’s quite welcoming, with cheerful staff who understand travellers don’t want to be hanging around for service. At the far end of the bar/cafe is a more formal dining area - we just had hot drinks but noticed others were enjoying selections from the tapas menu. Surprised how busy the place was - guess regular travellers make a point of stopping here. This is an establishment where you can’t judge a book by its cover!

Great selection of fish, the black rice is really tasty with lots of seafood, good service. We were taking some foreign visitors and they loved the authentic experience.
