In 1951 Louis "Luigi" Nicholas Scaffetta brought his family and love for Italian foods from their restaurant in Batavia, NY to establish Luigi's, the first pizzeria in Oklahoma. Come try our fresh made from scratch cuisine and enjoy the unique flavors available only at Luigi's in Newcastle, OK.
You will never go wrong here the food and the service is awesome. You will most likely get to visit with the owners. Newcastle is very lucky to have such a fine restaurant thanks Kevin and Carmen

Went here after church. Though the place was almost full I didn't see anyone waiting in line. Ordered their new strawberry and whipped cream with granola on a short stack of pancakes: excellent! My wife ordered short stack of sweet potato pancakes which we thought tasted very good but it would have been better with nuts or fruit or something as a topping. Hers was supposed to come with powdered sugar but someone forgot to add it. Also, the waitress forgot the orange juice we ordered and it took a long time to get her attention. It was obviously a very busy time. The one other time we'd gone to this restaurant, several months ago, we had similar experience with the service. This time we waited so long for the check that I finally had to walk up to the cash register at the back to pay. My only wish is that pancake restaurants such as this one would have a protein offering for vegetarians other than eggs or cheese. I noticed that in Ireland you could always get beans for breakfast; why not here? Despite the aforementioned shortcomings I'm sure we'll be back because their pancakes are really really good.

We enjoy Carlitos. It's usually not very crowded and the servers are friendly. The food is pretty basic Tex/Mex. Large portions will allow you to enjoy your meal for lunch the next day. I wish they had a happy hour though. We like to dine early and most places have happy hour specials. That would be my only "kind of" negative.

Great burgers of every description and yet fast. Sides are plentiful too and they aren't shy about the serving size. You can enjoy the self-serve soda bar or ice tea or indulge in a great shake or malt. Just wish they were in California too.

Where to start....bad all around to be honest. We don't live far from here and always pass this place and wondered. Now I've eaten at the La Luna on Reno and was good but this place is a BIG disappointment.
We were seated promptly and our waiter came in a timely fashion to get our drink orders, said he would bring some chips and salsa in minute. Well that minute turned to several until another waiter noticed and brought us some chips, cheese and salsa. Blah. Had better at fast food chain and careful not to break a tooth on them chips.
This is where the nice cold buckets of beer come in handy cause this is probably how the get their customers to stop in.
We tried their Pozole which was delicious and left us wanting more. Now to our entrée... half order of steak fajitas. Didn't look like steak or taste as so, was rubbery and had foul taste as though the meat was spoiled. The charro beans was whole beans with pico de gallo garnished on top. Rice was tender and flavorful.
My recommendation would to drive past unless you want cheap coronas.

Very good and varied menu at reasonable prices. The sports memorabilia theme was neat but the tile floor and table styles could use a makeover and be updated. We weren't sure when we walked in whether it was an over the counter order or a table order, but it is a table order. The food was very good, lots of flavor! The only negative about the food was our portions of meat were much smaller than expected. Overall though, a good place to eat with some tasty bbq!

We had to travel from Colorado to Oklahoma for a family concern. Dave's was across the street and with little else to choose from we went for breakfast and what a surprise! The place was small and filled with local farmers and such but seeing that was encouraging. The food was well prepared and delicious. Mom had the bisquits and gravy and she knows that real well and loved it, the small portion was more than enough. Hubby had the chicken fried steak and eggs with toast and was more than happy. I, looking for the lighter fare had an easy over egg, 2 slices of french toast,2 strips of bacon and coffee and was very pleased, really inexpensive and fresh cooked.

Open 24/7, Kitchen 44 is the perfect place to enjoy breakfast, lunch, dinner, or a late-night snack! Guest favorites include the Homemade Pot Roast, the Country Fried Steak Sandwich, and the Catfish Po' Boy. We also have a Grab & Go menu filled with a great selection of items that can be handed over quickly to serve the guest ready to hit the casino floor.
I was on a bus trip with a group of seniors, we stopped in the casino to eat after attending a tour of Braums ice cream farm in Tuttle. The menu at Kitchen 44 offers burgers, sandwiches, melts, soups and salads, sides, breakfast, and platters. The most expensive item was around $11. The taste and portions would satisfy most people. The service was great and waitress friendly.

Tri-City Diner is a brand new restaurant off Highway 37 in the Newcastle area. Although the diner is somewhat small, the service is friendly and the food is very good! We had burgers, onion rings and french fries. The diner was packed with local patrons. The entire service staff was helpful, friendly and efficient as they fulfilled customer orders. Can't wait to try it out for breakfast soon.

Taco Mayo is an Oklahoma staple featuring fresh ingredients and tortillas made daily. I love their salsa and the fact that they have a few selections of them. The tacos are crisp and tasty. Taco Mayo often has featured promotions for a period of time i.e. grilled nachos, burritos, indian tacos, etc. I have found them to be speedy and accurate with my order. My son loves their taco burgers and potato locos.
