I was driving through this town and I saw this other place I wanted to try but they were closed during the week, and a nice lady walking down the street suggested another place and I though let me check Trip Advisor. This place was ranked number 1 and I am glad I looked it up on Trip Advisor.
Jamena was my waitress and she recommended the schnitzel but with the red wine and bacon with mushroom sauce and it also had red cabbage and spatzle. Werner the owner brought it out and it looked delicious and even tasted better than it looked. The sauerkraut with bratwurst soup was good too.

Happened in here Saturday afternoon, looking for sustenance after checking out a bunch of shops in town. My friend was ordering a latte, I ordered an Italian soda. Strawberry with crème. Delish. But the best part? they had chocolate covered orange peel, which is a major fave for both my friend and I. I scored the last ten pieces in the case. Very polite server gave me a couple tastes from the gelato case.....going to go back and order some up the next time I am in town. it is attached to Moser's restaurant, and we got more candy after dinner there, Saturday night.

This bakery is closed and the building is for sale. Could make a great cafe or lunch spot. The community has always had a bakery. However, there has not been a quality one for many years... I'm told not since the original RALPH owned it.

We were in this little town for a volleyball tournament and were so pleasantly surprised by this great family restaurant! We actually ate there twice in 1 day, an entire groupnof parents and girls. Everyone enjoyed it! Check out the hours though.
Almost perfect. Wonderful, lightly breaded, all you can eat lake perch, plus a side dish, for a reasonable price on Friday nights. Our young server could have been a lot more attentive, but the perch made up for it. Good breakfast place, too.

The menu attempts to offer a different spin on several typical pub sandwiches. We ordered 3 different mels, the diablo, pulled pork, and bbq chicken. Bbq chicken is pulled, actually finely shredded...so much so that you really lose the taste that it is even chicken. All sandwiches said they came came with lettuce and pickles on the side which they did not on any of our plates. Paprika is heavy on the fries and both pulled pork and chicken. I like paprika but it was so heavy it was truly all I tasted the entire meal. Place is very clean and server was pleasant, but totally not impressed with the food at all. Also ordered the whiskey flight, didn’t find a favorite there either. We went on a Wednesday and the special was comfort food which was a pasta dish. One person in our group was torn between that and a sandwich. He asked her if the pasta was good? She suggested he stick with the sandwich because she felt the pasta was missing something and was just ok. That pretty much sums up the whole experience for us.

Was in the area to file our taxes and loved the look of the Pub and decided to stop for a bite. Stopped here for lunch before rush hour...and found a little corner table and was welcomed right away. Nice menu selections. We got the patty melt and corned beef sandwiches. Both were great portions and tasty. Ordered a cup of chili and potato soup and loved the chili, my favorite part of the meal. The chili was sweet and had a little punch of heat, very well rounded. Would stop again and try something new.

My wife and U have breakfast at the Blacksmith Shop every other week. Best breakfast anywhere at a great price. Their homemade jams are delicious. You can buy some to take home. The staff are excellent. They make you feel right at home. Try it.

Manny's offers a great selection of freshly prepared breakfast favorites. I have enjoyed the scrambles, the skillets, and the usual cooked to order eggs with bacon and sausage. A selection of accompanying sides; fruit, hashbrowns, pancakes or toast round out one's order. You will not leave hungry and your coffee cup will always be full. For the devoted regulars and newcomers the super friendly and efficient staff make this small town eatery the best in town and beyond. Dare, if you try, to finish a 5 egg omelette.
