Have been in the area for three years now apparently I’ve been eating at all the wrong restaurants LOL
I finally made it to bad brads for lunch today and was pleasantly surprised the pork sandwich is awesome the barbecue sauce selection is great
service was top-notch and restaurant was clean
I had the lunch special which is the hammer sandwich with the mac & cheese which is original and very tasty I highly recommend bad brads and regret wasting so much time at the other dumps in the area

I meet potential clients here as it is spacious. I always buy a coffee & more as I feel they are in business to sell coffee & not be a meeting space. It is clean & usually quiet. I appreciate them in my neighborhood.

Open only in the warmer months, Dairy Queen is a very popular spot often with a line of cars and a line of pedestrians. You can drive away with your treat, eat it at nearby tables, or cross the street to walk along the lovely St Clair River.

We have stopped in multiple times for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Never disappoints! Service is always amazing! The food is always delicious and fast! You can make this your pit stop to eat! The ladies there are always kind, fun and make your visit feel special!

Camping here in the area and thought we'd check this place out. Having lived nearby for 18+ years (now in Florida) we didn't know about this place; I had the Cobb salad, delicious. I ask for lemon wedges and they got it right the first time; dislike when they bring me slices that they use in drinks, not what I want at all. Hubby had the soup du jour and it was very good as well as his chicken sandwich. Both were very good. Turns out the owner used to own the Oxford Inn in Royal Oak. The place is very cool inside and they have a nice sidewalk area for seating as well.

Great American Fare with the best Lake Perch around, Great Pasta, Fish and Burgers. Don't forget the Pizza! Fresh Local made from scratch cooking. Full Bar, Breakfast Saturday and Sunday
A nice and cozy restaurant located in downtown New Baltimore and very close to the water front.
We started off with an order of Garlic Parmesan Knots ($6) that were out of this world. One person in our party got the Little Camille’s Super Salad aka The Big Ron which was a huge Antipasto Salad on top of a pizza crust ($11.99). I got the Philly Cheese Steak on a toasted Hoagie-type bun for $9.99 and our other friend got the 3 Taco Dinner (choice of beef or chicken) for $10.99. The food was excellent and generous portions.
For dessert we got an order of Cinnamon Knots ($6) topped with cream cheese icing that were awesome. We had enough salad, Parmesan and Cinnamon Knots left over for lunch the next day.
We were able to park on the street but it could be difficult to find a spot on a busy day or when the weather warms up,

I will say I like everything I have ever had at Little Mustard seed. It's great for those with dietary restrictions such as gluten free or vegan. They offer salads, sandwich wraps, soups, and desserts. It's a small place with less than 10 tables. Very polite staff. Food seems overpriced in my opinion. Again it's good and I completely appreciate the options, just feel that what I get for spending 13.00 on a lunch is not worth it. You won't be disappointed if you go; just be prepared to spend more than you expect for deli style food.

Happened to be in the neighborhood. Thought we'd stop in for a beer going home for the evening. This is a locals bar. We did not try the food.

Pizza has become a commodity in Metro Detroit. It's everywhere. Anybody with a oven and credit card is opening a pizza place. I don't get excited anymore.
That said, of all the pizza chains, Jet's is the most consistent. The pie is always the same. The square is a heavier type pizza and very filling. It's good pizza, not great. I'll order it occasionally because you know what your gonna get. No surprises. My favorite is the New York style pizza, I think it's called the Bold & Fold with spicy pepperoni. It's a fair imitation of the NY pizza style which is my personal favorite.
You want the best pizza in Metro Detroit? Go to Bommarito's Bakery in St. Clair Shores on Mack near the Grosse Pointe border. It's a hidden gem. They make pizza like the old days.

Stopped in for a take out late lunch and was surprised that there is limited seating to eat or wait. The family story is very interesting as to the roots of the family restaurant and their first place in Waterford, MI. They run weekly specials, can build your own nachos, serve soups and salads, kid menu, sides, desserts and dinner or ala carte portions. Food is tasty and hearty for take out, ours came in a big box for just the three of us. The guacamole had a slight bite to it but was great, portion size a bit small. we had the street tacos, tamales, enchilada and a lot of fried beans. We enjoyed the food and the staff are very friendly
