I can't be particularly objective in this review. I first visited the White Grill in my mothers arms when I was less than a year old 69 years ago...contrary to vicious rumor...it is not the same grease....This is the classic American hamburger joint. A Cheeseburger...fresh hamburger...with grilled onions and Susie O's...Grill invention...is a little slice of heaven...Harry Truman said it was the best hamburger he had ever had....don't miss the White Grill if you are in Nevada, Mo

Buzz's BBQ and Steakhouse is a family owned and operated, hometown restaurant that has been in business since 1999!
We have eaten here several times passing through town. Always good, from ribs to chicken sliders. Moderately priced. Easy to find, right off I-49, and conveniently located near both the Country Inn & Suites and the Holiday Inn. Sometimes busy, but seldom have to wait.Thank you so much! We love having you as a repeat visitor! Join us again real soon!!!

We have been to the Gobblers Roost numerous times. The service is always top notch and the food is excellent! We enjoyed a tasty spinach and goat cheese appetizer, the black bean soup was delicious, the salad was crisp and fresh. The filet was perfectly seasoned and cooked. I am gluten intolerant and Kathy is always very accommodating of my dietary issues. Our family was celebrating our youngest daughters birthday. She was presented with a candle on her cheesecake. Gobblers Roost continues to be a hidden gem in Vernon Country!

Great Place! 417-667-4MEX
We had a great meal (excellent Chile rellenos!) at the Blue Iguana, but the attitude of the staff was what impressed us most. Our server was funny and helpful, but we forgot our leftovers box on the table when we left. Our server chased us out to the car, and then directed my wife backing out of the parking place into traffic. We will definitely return for the food and the staff.

I've been her twice while in town on business. Both meals were good size. Fresh quad very good. Chicken tortilla soup, one of my favorites compared to other places. Fresh food, prepared within a good time. Nice staff. One of best restaurants in the small town.

This place is great! It has been re-modeled from my last visit and the food and service are spectacular. Their cheeseburgers and suzie q's are the best around and so reasonably priced. And, service with a small. The perfect example of a small town place with excellent service, food and people!

This little restaurant is in an out of the way place and I tend to forget it is there. It has good burgers and friendly staff.

This is, without question, the best Sonic I've ever experienced. I would have never imagined there could be such a qualitative difference in fast food locations, but this place rocks! The person who took our order was efficient and accurate. Within just a few minutes, our food was at our car. Plus, NAPKINS! My biggest pet peeve about Sonic is that the car hops NEVER have napkins! Our car hop not only gave us napkins without us having to ask, but a few minutes later another worker came by with a tray of "extras" . . . ketchup, straws, napkins, etc. She asked if we needed anything else. We didn't, but how nice for them to stop and ask! Oh, and the food was great.

Great food served Hot and Fresh with VERY reasonable prices. While the burgers are really good, We're not just a 'burger joint'.Plate lunches, unique sandwiches and amazing house salads. Local produce and farm raised beef are used when available. Crazy good Lunch specials every day for around $6.
Locally owned, with limited hours....and fantastic food. Quaint with Styrofoam plates and plastic utensils, friendly staff, rustic decor Tiny inside (seats maybe 15?)
Home cooked food with local meats, veggies etc.
Great value...lots of food!! I think the most expensive thing on the many is under $9. Sides are made in house, include German slaw, rodeo chips (super thin potato slices deep fried and covered with good seasoning mixture) and other unique items.
Staff is friendly!
Only open 11-2 Monday thru Friday.
