Nakhon Pathom (Thai: นครปฐม, pronounced [náʔkʰɔ̄ːn pā.tʰǒm]) is a city (thesaban nakhon) in central Thailand, the former capital of Nakhon Pathom Province. One of the most important landmarks is the giant Phra Pathom Chedi. The city is also home to Thailand's only Bhikkhuni temple Wat Song Thammakanlayani (วัดทรงธรรมกัลยาณี), which is also open to women from abroad.

The food - that is why to go here. Starting with signature salad and it`s dressing - simple and superb. Continue with duck, pork and the seafood - all just perfect. Carrot cake and butter toast made me sit there for extra 20 min - I`s been some time since I ate so well.

I've been here twice, love their foods so much! One of the best food while in Thailand. But it's not tourist friendly, as it got no english written on their menu. But if u got thai friend, this place is a must! Their fried fish with tamarind sauce is simply the best

The journey of our renowned Inn Chan Restaurant began in 1964 and since then has remained loyal to Thai traditional cooking techniques using local fresh ingredients. Here is an opportunity to experience traditionally prepared Thai fine dining by the scenic Ta Chine River. We offer an enticing range of authentic Thai cuisine and seasonal specialties. It is open daily for lunch from 11.00 to 15.00hrs and only on weekends for dinner from 17.00 to 22.00hrs. Seats up to 120 people, it can be arranged for evening private functions. The restaurant is named after the first Siamese twins 'Eng Chan', because its joined twin buildings.
This restaurant is named after the famous Siamese Twin, who lived a long lives on display in the USA. It was opened in the same year which I was borne (1964). It is the first place in my mind whenever I bring friends from oversea to have lunch before the Thai cultural show. The menu offers mostly Thai dishes and a few western ones as well. I highly recommend the Thai Pomelo Salad, the Inn Chan Fried Rice (pineapple fried rice), and wrap up the good meal with a fresh coconut ice cream.

I can make it brief: good western (mainly French) food, and a small fine collection of wines - you definitely would not expect such a restaurant in Salaya. It is run by a friendly family, very fairly prized, and is definitely worth a visit from outside Salaya.

We ate food from here twice in the one week and I could've happily gone back again if time was on our side! Just standing watching the ducks prepared and cooked is an experience and the service is fast and friendly. You could eat here at any time of the day, you just have to be hungry!
