I stopped in for a late lunch last week and had a wonderful Pad Kee Mao. Yum! Always busy counter restaurant and difficult to get a spot, but worth the try! Be brave and order something other than Pad Thai - they do great thai food cooked right in front of you!

We are a "made from scratch" cafe & bakery celebrating over 36 years in business.
This restaurant has amazing comfort food. They make everything onsite and we have never ordered anything there that we didn’t love. The sandwiches are very filling. The cinnamon rolls are huge and they have a number of different toppings to chose from. Many of the bakery items can be taken to go. They are very busy on the weekends. They do not take reservations, so when you get there, you put your name on the list and wait to be seated. You may have to wait a bit, but it’s worth it. There is outside seating when the weather is nice. We take visitors from out of town here and they always love it.

Skagit River Brewery is Skagit Valley’s Original Brewery with real food! Now featuring a Tap House and Full Bar.
Came to this brewery after reading some posts on Tripadvisor. Not sure what people's perception of good food is, but the food was terrible. More of a dive bar. Service was fine and the beer was good, this was the only good part of our experience. Would not recommend.

This is a friendly local food coop. It's gotten bigger and busier over the years, so now you can barely park at lunch time due to the popularity. They have a great deli, sandwiches to go, and fresh produce and meats. They have a great cheese selection, too.

Such quality food. All pasta is made in house. I always have something very original when we come here.
The service and decor are top notch. Seasonal specials are written on a large chalkboard. Wine from the area as well as Italy and bottle prices are reasonable. A must do when craving Italian food!

Over an HOUR to receive order... it's happened twice now... 3 months apart.
The first time we were given plausible excuses. Last night no explanatons or excuses given. Many tables sat without food. One table had them package up their meal to take home when it finally arrived. The young daughter felt ill from waiting so long to eat.
The food was small in portion size and eaten quickly from hunger. It was "fine". I think.
We will not repeat this experience a 3rd time!

A group of friends enjoyed a delicious meal here today. Between the 4 of us we ordered 2 kinds of pizza, a giant calzone, and a soup/sandwich combo. High-quality ingredients, well prepared, with friendly service. This is not a fast-food joint, so don't expect a quick turnaround. And they have anchovies in their optional ingredient list for their pizzas! This is my bottom line for any place serving pizza - if there's no anchovies, the menu is too tame for my taste. The anchovies added just the right zing to the Il Verde pizza. Their lunch menu is inexpensive - perhaps the prep is quicker for the lunch crowd? In any case, I'll definitely be back!

The Farmhouse Restaurant has been serving the Skagit Valley for over 40 years. Open everyday of the year, we serve American homestyle cooking for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We have a full bar and offer banquet rooms for meetings and events. Looking for the food to come to you? We provide takeout and catering services, (for small and large events). Give us a try, we would love to have you!
I have driven by here for years but finally stopped in after a fishing trip. Menu is very diner/country style with a large room and lounge. Sunday brunch buffet smelled good but we arrived towards the tail end and the server mentioned they stop refilling around 1:30 so they don’t waste anything, hmm
So we opted for burgers and fries because she recommended them. Patty was tasty but I had the patty melt. Onions were raw and the cheese wasn’t even melted. Fishing partner wanted his dressings on the side and the meal came out with them all slopped on the burger. Fries were super salted and honestly for $15 the meal was a bit underwhelming. This place was packed on a Sunday afternoon, maybe it was for the pies and deep fried stuff...

The food is pretty good, but seems over priced. Even though Children are allowed at certain times the staff act like they are an inconvenience and are not particularly friendly to adults either. Still it's pretty good food and the beverage selection is decent.
