After traveling for a week and no donuts in our bellies; We had sweet fried dough covered with chocolate and sprinkles on our brains and this place did not disappoint. The customer service is top notch. The donuts were fresh, warm and cooked to perfection. Prices? Just right. Our bodies were thanking us. Our cholesterol was not. But hey they are not an every day treat. But maybe with this place they should be. I bet her donuts are healthy for you too.

We LOVED the place....
Pros:
Authentic food/dishes made on site...not processed.
Full range of Mexican cuisine
The cheese sauce is to die for...with chips.
Fairly priced. $14.95 for steak with sides.
Portions HUGE
Outdoor dining available
Rooftop dining available
Desserts
Service friendly
Take-out available
Very Clean interior
Piped in SOFT Latin music not overly loud and glaring.
Plenty of parking with easy on and off E. Spruce Street
Serves beer and mixed drinks
Offers Breakfast burritos
Kid's meals available
Cons:
Industrial Interior. Even though we were there at an off-time (and it was perfect), the place might have a tendency to get noisy with a crowd. Cement, metal, all hard surfaces amplify sound.
Comment: Would DEFINITELY dine there again if passing through Mitchell. My only disappointment is that they are not located in the town where I live. Dinner there was a special treat! The food and service was GREAT!

We purchased our daughters 7th birthday cake from crazy about cupcakes- the cake was beautiful as you can see in the photos. I had to travel 2 hrs with this cake and make several stops on a 100degree day with 100%humidity and of course the AC helped but the cake made it all the way the cakes are expensive compared to a big box store but you really have think about the actual time and effort that goes into creating such an awesome cake and then divide it out and that puts the price into perspective- as far as taste the cake was super moist and delicious. Personally I didn't care for the chocolate cake but the strawberry was to die for with chunks of fresh strawberries in the layered icing- yummy! Will be going back!!!

Ate with several friends on a trip. Very nice atmosphere, friendly staff. Food was well prepared and tasked great. Would have rated higher but one steak was overdone. They offered to replace it but he didn't want to wait on another one (was already late). Also, my baked potato was luke warm. Neither of these should really happen in this type of restaurant.

A local recommended this restaurant over more expensive, "fine dining" options. We ate exactly what she told us to get (Pollo Costa Blanca and the bean dip--to mix with the salsa). We split the dinner and there was still food left on the plate. The owner came over to talk with us, making our visit even more memorable. Our server (Maria) was polite and efficient, and when we walked through the door, the hostess was so sweet to us. Chips and salsa arrived immediately, and we were well on our way to a great dinner.

As usual, our group stopped for lunch here after shopping at the nearby Cabela’s store. Although the place was crowded, we got fast and friendly counter service and the food arrived fairly quickly. My pork tenderloin sandwich was very tasty and so large that I could scarcely finish it. The pork tenderloin combo is very affordable at $7.99, and it’s worth an extra dollar to upgrade to onion rings. They offer a 5% senior discount here.

Nothing says South Dakota like a good steak and no one does steak like the Cattleman's Club Steakhouse. We've been in business since 1986 using the same family recipes since opening day. All our steaks are hand cut aged Black Angus topped with our special seasoning. We're not fancy but we know how to serve a great steak!
My wife and I sat at the bar for several drinks, eat dinner and enjoy her birthday, to which we did.. We were politely and professionally served by Joey (the most pleasant and outgoing personality you could ever find) and Wade. As an appetizer we tried the 'chislic' for the first time and it was very good. For dinner we enjoyed a 10oz. prime rib and a 14oz. NY strip. Both meals were cooked to perfection and tender. A return visit is definitely warranted.

I've heard horror stories about this place and have experienced them myself. The cook and bartender yell at people in front of customers! The food is actually pretty good and the history of the facility is awesome. But they haven't preserved the history of it all very well unfortunately . The atmosphere drove me away.

A small, family-owned group of restaurants, hand-crafting food since 1995. We feature wood-fire grilled steaks cooked over full=size logs of oak and ash, award-winning BBQ slow-smoked on premise, homemade desserts and much more.
Nothing special here. If you've ever been to an average Whiskey Creek before this is the same as that one I'm sure. Food is cooked decent enough to not make you sick but also not enough to have you notice that's not the way you ordered it. I have a feeling the cooks do what they want here. Management has always been pretty good about any messups. Unfortunately I would go somewhere else for a steak.

We were staying in a hotel near the Twin Dragon and wanted something easy for supper, so we called and ordered take-out. We ordered 3 dishes to share - sweet and sour chicken, beef with broccoli, and sesame chicken. Each of the 3 dishes was packed in a brown box, which the restaurant included a note that they were new and environmentally friendly. The boxes leaked all over, so while they may be environmentally friendly, they are not customer friendly. The first incling we had that something was amiss was that the rice was included in the brown boxes with the other food. I've never seen that before. As it turned out, it didn't really matter as each of the dishes was the same - tasteless and flavorless. The rice was gummy and all three dishes had the same texture. I kid you not, the beef, chicken, and broccoli all tasted the same as there was no flavor to anything. The other strange thing was that the "fried rice" was no fried rice I've ever had. It was flavorless steamed rice with what appeared to be a few pieces of yellow rice. No egg, no vegetables, nothing. The only part of the entire meal that had any flavor was the single piece of canned pineapple included with the sweet and sour chicken. I mentioned our experience to a friend the next day and they said they had previously enjoyed their meals at Twin Dragon, so I don't know what has happened, but we would never order food from their again.
