Minooka, a suburb of Chicago, is a village in Grundy, Kendall, and Will counties, Illinois, United States. The population was 10,924 at the 2010 census. Minooka currently has two high schools in its district, a campus for juniors and seniors and a newer campus for freshmen and sophomores. Minooka Community Consolidated School District 201 (elementary district) has a total of seven schools and serves nearly 4000 students. Minooka has continuously been growing and has many new subdivisions. The Rock Island Line served the town at Minooka Station.

Ordered the fried chicken, and it was good. They do a very good job of keeping the chicken very moist without drying it out. However there is really no spices or herbs in the batter. The pineapple cheesecake was delicious. Service was fine but they really need to turn the lights up a bit because it's really a little too dark inside.

Craving coffee for the last couple of hours. Was looking for a specialty coffee shop, but wanted to grab a large cup sooner than later. You know, the coffee at this Dunkin' Donuts is actually quite good. Reasonably priced, and the service was excellent.

Vey good place for a family and great pizza to. Its getting a little pricey over other places in the community. They are always consistent with there pizza and the staff are great also.

We are an eclectic casual restaurant that has sauteed, grilled and fried shrimp, many types of fish and fried chicken as well as chicken tenders. Our fried fish, shrimp, alligator, frog legs and chicken are lightly breaded fresh and we cook in 100% sunflower oil. We have many yummy sauces that will become your faves! We have kidney bean salad, tangy cole slaw and macaroni salad. We have fresh salad, vegetable of the day, smashed cauliflower, french fries and onion rings as well. Eli's cheesecake is also on our menu. We have lobster tail and fish tacos. We have monthly wine tastings. We sell wine by glass or bottle from the Illinois area. The wines will make perfect gifts for any occasion! We also sell craft beer from Abita and Chicago Chi-Town among others. We add vintage finds to our restaurant/store from local consignors weekly. I absolutely love the uniqueness of this restaurant the mismatched chairs around mismatch tables is quite unique the staff is awesome the food is good you can get all kinds of different fish the honey stung chicken is absolutely delicious as well everything washes down with an awesome glass of local area wines from local wineries definitely another small gym in a small town check it out if you don't believe me

Minooka seems to be an odd mix of farmland, industrial complexes on the outskirts of nowhere. To find any food here other than McDonald's was a welcome discovery!
Dock Rotz is a cool little bar several miles from the Interstate. It's modern and clean, so don't worry that your driving a ways just to find an old, dingy members-only bar. This place is fun and the staff and locals are very welcoming.
The beer selection is decent with some beer styles on tap, even having a Belgium style Tripel. The menu is pretty standard bar food including burgers, sandwiches and a few entrees. I went with fish and chips; the fish was very good quality.
Overall, a very nice outpost to grab a drink and a good plate of food.

I've been to a lot of Chinese Restaurants and the Dragon Inn's General TSO's sauce is the BEST I've ever eaten. Better crunchy chicken is dining in but excellent for carry out as well.

I really enjoyed this restaurant. We didn't wait long. The food came out very fast. I got oatmeal and it was hot and very good. The hash browns were very good and not greasy at all. I will definitely go back. Much better food than Grandma's pancake house.

Fat boyz always has awesome food no matter if you eat there or if you get take out! My favorite are the calzones, breaded ravioli, the sampler, and of course the pizza! Only place we order pizza from in Minooka! They also have an awsome connection with the high school!
