The Hart Mansion in Minerva , Ohio is a delight to behold.
The mansion itself and the grounds are a beautiful centerpiece of the town itself, perched on a hill overlooking the Main Street.
As for the dining experience one of the best I've ever had for a luncheon.
I chose the Delmonico steak with a side salad which was excellent and what a value. My server was johnny on the spot refreshing water and coffee and very accommodating. We each had a different, delicious desert and very well satisfied.
Overall it was a delightful culinary choice one I hope to have again in the near future. So head to Minerva, Ohio, dine at The Hart Mansion and enjoy the day? You will not be disappointed.

Grinders is always a "go to" restaurant when I'm hungry. They have a wide selection of menu items to choose from. Appetizers are well proportioned and can serve as a meal by themselves. Grinders, hoagies, poor boys, subs (or whatever you want to call them) are the signature items. All are very scrumptious and filling. I have not been disappointed dining here.

Service was great here, but food lacked any spice. Even the salsa was very mild, but they did offer habenero sauce on the table which kicked it up. The menu is huge, so perhaps I just didn't order the right thing. The lime margaritas were definitely from a mix, so I would skip those, but maybe one of the other flavors taste better. It was packed when we went, so it certainly has its fans.

It was the first time to Minerva in many years and we stopped for lunch. The restaurant is also a Drive-Thru, so we went past the first time. We both ordered 1/2# burger variations and they were both filling and delicious. The restaurant is clean, clean, clean. Service was good and friendly.

They just opened in Nov. 2017. My neighbor & I who are both home brewers visited last Sat. I am a certified beer judge & the beers I sampled were well made and accurate to the style guidelines. We did not sample the food but the menue was reasonably priced & those nearby were impressed. We will return for beer & food next time.
Check their website for hours as they are just open 4 days a week.

A little pricey but the steaks are really good. I've never had a bad meal at the Normandy. I hear the seafood is good but I don't do seafood.

Great place to start the day with breakfast. If you prefer places that aren't chains, this is the place. Has full menu, but I was there for breakfast. Had a nice chat at the counter seating with a local, lovely soul that came in for her morning coffee. Absolutely, a great example of rural Americana.

The pizza has pretty good flavor and that's the only thing I have tried so far. I hear the chicken is good, I will find out soon.

As far as Subways go this one has always been pretty good. They are busy most of the time and they listen to your requests unlike other Subways in the area who put your sandwich together in an order that leaves half of your toppings stuck to the wrapper.

They have great burgers and I can't wait to try their new cheesy bacon fries. It's a gourmet burger for 5 bucks and I live the open flame broiled taste.
