First time to eat here. We were there about 3pm on Saturday. We had to wait for a table and over 45 minutes for our burgers and blt. They were good handmade patties and the fries and onion rings were good, but not sure worth...MoreYes, we had a very busy holiday weekend and we thank you for your patience and apologize for the longer than normal wait times. We look forward to your next visit! And again, this little mom and pop appreciates your support. Nick

I love this little cake shop. Their cookies are the best, and I love their cakes and cupcakes, too. Sometimes I just pop in for a cookie, though, because I just want a little something, and that does the trick. :) Delicious! Also saw an Alamo replica cake Dawn and her crew built for an event, and it was VERY impressive. Icing is delicious, too.

Delightful atmosspere, wonderful steaks and music from a small band.Name is deceiving as this is a romantic eatery with live guitar music, best steaks & deserts, romantic atmoshere.
We met a friend here while visiting the area for the first time. Loved the small town atmosphere here and the home style cooking wad great. We had the chicken fried steak lunch, which looked kinda small at first but filled us up. The sides were cooked well and we finished it off with a slice of chocolate pie, which was great as well. The staff was friendly and the service was good. A very enjoyable meal for our first time in Mineola.

Family always enjoys going here and the food and service are great. It's a DQ but it is a good one some are better than others. I recommend.

Went here w/ my mother-in-law & a friend for a girls day out. Food was wonderful, gluten-free, & fresh. Girls working were great! Quick service. Fun shopping in the adjoining store afterwards. Terrific, lite menu. Create your own salad-made to order.
Only con- They were out of the 3 items my friend had asked for, (coffee, quiche & omelette).
We will all, absolutely, be back!

Family restaurant
We enjoyed our dinner here while staying in Mineola. We were surprised at the large buffets of Mexican and American foods, We especially enjoyed the catfish, fried chicken, chicken fried steak and chicken enchiladas. There was also a variety of yummy desserts. Friendly service. Reasonably priced too!

VERY average food at above average prices. Not really impressed by anything we ate. Service was OK...food arrived lukewarm with bland seasoning. It allowed two visits at once...my first...and my last.

A must stop every time I visit Mineola. Fried pies made fresh daily on premises. Excellent variety to choose from- crust is flaky and fried to perfection.

Happened to be in Mineola and noticed the Panda Buffet. I figured it would be just ok. It was one of the best Chinese buffets I have ever had. Lunch was cheap and there was lots of great items to choose from. I loved the cold spicy squid salad along with everything else I had. Everything was hot and fresh. Nice staff. I will be back there tomorrow for lunch. Keep up the good work and I will be back every time I pass though town
