Food is always good in the fun 50’s style dinner. It is a bit over priced for dinner food but once and a while is ok by me. Portions are generous and service is always fast. The vinyl booths are very fifty’s retro and it’s just a fun place to get a burger. Recommended to all!

I am an ice cream lover, summer or winter. I have been to Peaceful Meadows quite a few times. I have never been wowed. I think the ice cream is quite bland,no matter which flavor I try. The best thing it has going for it is the creaminess.

One of the joys of travel is learning of different local customs. Here we learned that "regular" large coffee is 4 sugars and 4 cream! So we ordered coffee our style - large coffee w/ 2 sugar. Any way you order the coffee was great- a million times better than our hotel! And the breakfast was yum. Really well prepared and very reasonably priced. Pastries looked homemade. Service was fast and friendly. Give it a try - this is a super little place!

I'll probably be banned from Tripadvisor, or stoned in town, but, my wife and I went Saturday night, and almost everything we experienced was disappointing.
1) We sat at the bar and were basically ignored for the first several minutes.
2) Finally acknowledged, the bar tender was accommodating, and answered our questions.
3) I ordered soup and a salmon on recommendation. Soup came out and was put in front of me,, no napkin, flatware nothing. I asked and the bartender seemed almost perplexed that I asked, but I did get the requested items.
4) Our main course was delivered- My wife had Fish and Chips- No flatware or napkins etc. brought, again only after we asked.
5) Mine was the same issue, no utensils.
6) My wife who never sends back, said to me she couldn't eat the meal, sent it back, and they did make a new one, but again, no utensils napkin etc. on the second go around.
The total experience was fair to poor service, food not very good, and an experience I wouldn't repeat.
For those who love the place, I'm sorry, I just don't see it!

Visited Harry's later in the afternoon for their special chicken wing Tuesday. The place is decorated in an aircraft motif with model planes and airplane memorabilia all around. Even the menu is airplane themed. The restaurant is clean and the wait staff friendly. I had the buffalo wings and my dining partner had a plain cheese pizza so we shared our meals. They were both very good. The wings were the larger variety, not those small wings served at most restaurants. They were not too "hot" so if you like them more spicy order the hotter variety. The pizza was a thin crust, personal pizza size but certainly enough for sharing. I had a beer to wash down the wings and my partner had a glass of wine. Both reasonably priced. If you enjoy chicken wings you've got to give this place a try!

I just had to review this Dairy Queen because it is such a well run establishment. Extraordinarily efficient in service. The girls are always smiling. The Blizzards are to die for (Smores' and new Cotton Candy, yum!) It's clean, organized and updated. Everything about this Dairy Queen is tops!

My husband is on a very restricted diet and we were very glad to find a lovely salad with apples, walnuts and chicken. I had the lobster roll and it was quite good, better than many...nice lobster salad, not too much mayo...I was surprised but glad to have found a nice meal just at point we needed to stop...
