The clean, spare look of the inside does not handicap this establishment at all! In fact, it is a great backdrop for the delicious, straightforward fresh dishes they concoct while you relax and enjoy some salsa music and you can already feel like you are on vacation somewhere, attending a local fiesta! Yes, the chimichangas are good if you like that sort of thing, but check out their array of beverages and it will take you away from your weekday work grind!

Pretty good Tex-Mex type food. We were there with a big group of adults and kids and the servers were very friendly with everyone. The food is standard fare taco, burrito, etc. type stuff, but again, pretty good.

Locally owned and operated coffee shop offering espresso drinks, fresh brewed local coffee, smoothies, frappes, teas, lemonade and delicious hand scooped milk shakes. Breakfast sandwiches served all day and a great sandwich menu for lunch. All made to order.
Nice menu, simply consisted of sandwiches for breakfast and lunch. Fresh cooked egg for the sandwhich. About 4.50 for breakfast sandwhich, lunch about 6.50, all kinds of coffee, tv, couch and 4-5 tables. Two georgeous young ladies working. Choice of different breads, soup on menu. Will definitely go again.

You would never think a country store would have great food, but this one does! Their fried chicken is the best! also, very good, large sandwiches. They are the best for miles around! Almost 100% carryout. Fried chicken in bulk for parties and such!

Once again, we visited the Foxy Fish for my BD dinner, The scallop appetizer was outstanding, my shrimp scampi was perfect. The biggest surprise was the staff flicking the lights on and off and appearing at my table in silly sea creature hats, singing a version of Happy Birthday, It was terrific I did get a Sunday with a candle in lieu of cake!

I had dined here once before and accidentally underrated this restaurant. I attempted to correct my error with TripAdvisor, but they would not correct my error. The food, service and quality of the meal are all excellent. I highly recommend this location and restaurant to all.

On our trip that took us through Charlotte Hall we stopped at Ledo Pizza, which has a good reputation as a chain from our Maryland friends.
The stop was at 2 and past the rush, so plenty of staff were going about their business causally. My wife and I split a small square pizza and we ordered kids meals for our two sons.
Kids meals $4.99 on menu or 9$9.98 total. We paid $16.34. How you might ask? the server charged us for drinks that she said were included (lemonade for the fountain, so nothing exotic) her excuse was we ordered the drinks before the meal and a different cup was used. That was $2.38 of the cost. On the menu, it said the kids get a dessert. We asked for one after the meal and she blankly looked at us. We asked about ice cream, which she brought the kids. When the bill had extra $4.98 on it, we pressed her on the charge. She told us the dessert was usually a couple of cookies or something, but they were out of them.
We could tell this was going nowhere and just paid and left. My wife, a former server, left what must be the lowest tip she could manage.
This is most likely a poor staff problem, but I always trace that back to management.
If you stop in here and Carly is your server, politely ask for a different server or think about another dining option in the area.

If you want to eat fantastic blue crabs with a delicious coleslaw and fantastic french fries that's the place to go. The crabs were medium size but full and delicious. The oysters were fat and tasty, the hush puppies were incredible. Their jumbo steamed shrimps were delicious, tender and seasoned to perfection. We went twice during our visit and happy on both occasions.

I don't live in the area but sometimes place an order I can pickup on my way home. We don't have dominos near us. The product is always perfect. What blows my mind is how nice and friendly everyone is. They seem to know everyone that walks in the door!! The staff is awesome and I always love stopping in for a guaranteed great dinner I don't have to cook:)

It was a quiet night in the restaurant. My husband and son ordered country fried steak, only to be told later that they had run out of steak. My husband then selected the meat loaf and my son a chicken dish. I had a vegetarian version of chicken salad (What the menu actually said!). The meat loaf was horrible and made my husband feel ill after he had eaten it, my son's dish had very little chicken. My salad had rotten tomatoes and only half an egg as half an egg, not even chopped or anything. We had a fly buzzing that would not go away and one server was well aware of it and said it had been a nuisance all day. The booth was not clean as we had to try to move some items to make room for the plates and there was dirt under the items we moved. The onion rings came at the same time as our meal which was why we had little room. We waited ages to pay the bill as our server disappeared. As we waited we heard the server tell another diner that they had run out of mashed potato. The toilet was a bit suspect. I know it is a fifties diner, but things should have been brought into the 21st century. Shall not visit again any time soon
