At La table du Riad we are passionate about organic farm-to-table philosophy. We source the freshest seasonal ingredients by selected local farmers then our head Chef Mustapha El Bachna transforms traditional Moroccan flavors into contemporary creation. The result is an elegant culinary experience, healthy and natural, respecting human and season rhythm. with limited Seating to 11 tables to maintain an intimate atmosphere
Beautiful setting within the Riad. Lovely intimate tables with plenty of space between them, soft background music, water features and gorgeous palms and plants. The service was extremely professional without being intimidating. Wine prices are reasonable though it is only red, white or rose choices. The food was really well presented. The salads in gorgeous glass globes and a very different concept for us. My husband had Lamb Tangia and I had the lamb Eid Murubat. we pre-ordered but I don't see that as a problem when the food is so good and completely Moroccan menu. Communication from the moment we booked was excellent too. All I would say is get a taxi and a man will be there to guide you through the alleyways, however, half the way through the walk another man joined us and started to talk. When we reached the door he demanded money, He has nothing to do with the Riad apparently but the doorman did nothing to explain that to us neither did the other guide. I found that rather strange and needs to be addressed as it has been mentioned before,. My advice do not speak at all to the second man and go straight in.

From 28 August 2017 the restaurant will be open on Monday evening and from Tuesday to Saturday, lunch and dinner.
We were in Marrakesh for my husbands 65th birthday- there were 16 of us. We were very impressed - both with the food and service. We would all go back. Stick to the meat though. I usually go for two starters but here there is...MoreThank you for your message and your contribution for " l'Annexe " Olivier BIANCIOTTO

A five course modern tasting menu with subtle Moroccan influences.
Deserves top rating. Fabulous Maison not too far from the main gate as you enter the Medina. MK offers contemporary dining which is refreshing alternative if all Moroccan food starts to taste same. Not a lot of tables in the Courtyard but dining alfresco is quite the experience.
Make sure you visit the Terrace which has a bar, lounge beds, and an unmissable view of the Qutubia, and the rooftops of Medina. Superbe!

An enthusiastic chef (she has a cooking school attached to the restaurant) creates wonderful Moroccan dishes. Three of us enjoyed a delicious dinner in slightly larger than the normal restaurant in Marrakesh. Start with the Moroccan Salad, a mezze like selection of vegetables served with small pita like breads. Delicious and beautifully presented. The vegetarian followed the salad with a vegetable tagine, while "she" raved about the chicken with lemon. The epaule d'angeaux (lamb shoulder) was beautifully prepared with a picante sauce and a slightly unfortunate side (more about presentation than flavor) but wonderfully tasting deep fried mashed potato.
The restaurant is easy to get to by taxi that can stop directly in front. The nicely decorated space accommodates larger groups (good news/bad news). All and all a delicious evening. Terriific.

Near the post office of Marrakesh Gueliz, on the Hassan 2 boulevard, the Amaia restaurant is Open from Monday to Saturday. Food is served all day. Eat in or take out, food is tasty, healthy, light and so are the prices. For lunch and dinner, in a cozy atmosphere, check out the large menu with its good wines and daily suggestions. At aperitif time, a large variety of cocktails and tapas are also available.
Perfectly adequate, but nothing more - maybe a 3 1/2 only one tajine on the menu so maybe a good break from Marrakech standard fare. OK service, inoffensive decor

The Amal Women's Training Center and Moroccan Restaurant is a non-profit association dedicated to empowering disadvantaged women via training in traditional and modern cuisine. The ultimate goal is personal transformation, skill set re-enforcement, and job placement for economic and social stability.
We went there for lunch after visiting jardin majorelle! I think we paid for lunch at Amal a faction more of what we paid for 2 juices at the jardin majorelle cafe! Great little place, peaceful garden, great efficient staff and the food was good and fresh. Your money goes up a gold cause and certainly worth it. We left rejuvenated to explore the souks. I had booked the table for lunch over email which I had to cancel and reschedule for the next day. They were great on email and very responsive and friendly. They also speak and write very good English!

Le Comptoir de charlotte will be closed until September 4 2017 <br>Have a great summer
I live in Marrakech and on my visits back to England I have always tried to have fish and chips at least once. I will no longer have to wait for the trip back to Blighty as I can get great fish and chips here. Served only on Thursdays, the fish and chips were everything I hoped they would be. The beer batter on the white fish fillet was crispy and light, not oily or greasy at all. Delicious. The chips were tasty and there were tartar sauce or ketchup accompaniments. If I wanted to be picky I would have liked the chips to be thicker. The portion size was perfect, leaving me satisfied but with that little bit of room needed for one of the delicious looking desserts. I chose lemon meringue tart. Just the right amount of citrus and sweet. The staff are friendly and the service is nice and prompt. For around about 100dh I had main course, dessert and a cold drink. They didn't serve coffee today, but have a selection of teas. So if you are in Marrakech and fancy a bit of English cuisine, give this restaurant a visit. It is about 15 minutes walk from the Plaza in Gueliz on Avenue Mohamed VI.

We tried many typical dishes during our week in Marrakech and I can said that in this place I had the best fish tajini I never had. We don’t eat meat so it wasn’t easy to find many options for us. But when we try tajini here, we had to come back over and over. And the staff are very friendly, especially our waiter Mohammed. Many thanks

Based on the reviews from TA, we went to Naranj for lunch right after we landed in Marrakesh and the food didn’t disappoint us. My friend even commented that the food is better than those she tried in Barcelona. Hmmm.... I don’t really agree with her but that shows how much we like the food at Naranj.
