A fine restaurant, set in beautiful location, right on one lake from Neptun.
I've been at dinner, in the evening - a relaxed atmosphere, slow music in the background, sound of frogs from the lake, smell of the sea... Good service, really good food and almost every drink you can think of. Still, it's pretty expensive - I think we paid about 250-300 lei for a table of 4. It worth it, as the dishes were fabulous. Will come here again.
PS: eat fish, it's very good.

The food was excelent. We ate here for 3 times, every time we ordered something else. Everything was excelent. Taking into consideration that Neptun is like a gost-location, this place is like a piece of heaven. Strongly recommend it.

This restaurant has the best location in Mangalia, is very large and also very crowded.
The food was good, we spent two nights there, nice atmosphere.
The service is rather slow, it depends what waiter is serving at your table.
I would come back next time, anyway no better options around.

It is the 3rd year in a row when I am eating here with my little one. Never had any problems. Excellent prepared, all kind of food, very clean and very well balanced with prices. It is always full with families and children.
Well done !

In the middle of Neptun, is a very nice location, modern. Nice view of the main street of Neptun . Best pizza and pasta in the area. Good music, big TV screen, very helpful staff. We liked and we will return with big pleasure.

The place has no ventilation and there's a lot of smoke inside.
You have to wait some time for your order to come, sometimes stuff is rude and they always try to charge you more than you owe. They asked me to pay extra things that i did not order.
Cocktails are really poor made. Food is good in general, but not all. Pizza has cheap ingredients. Prices are way too high for the quality they offer. A lot of fried non healthy stuff, just few healthy options, nothing organic.
Crowded in weekends and winter nights.
There are some places outside, but in front of the entrance on the sidewalk, everyone walks near you, cars also. Awful!
Not going again!

Visited with family friends and kids. Nuce service, very helpful. Food was a very good surprise. Generous portions, fish was very tasty and well cooked.
Definitelly reccomended versus a lot of other places. The only two downsides: service tends to take long time and parking in the area is a nightmare.
I liked it and it is an oasis of good food in the middle of poor quality places.

Since this was my first time in Mangalia, I followed my wife's suggestion and we decided to spend an evening at Puiu's Cazemata (blockhouse), not cazarma (barracks) - it would be nice if someone could change the name of this place cause it's wrong.
Anyway, as I love fish very much, I was really curious to see what this place was really like, especially since I was told that it's been there for quite some time.
When we arrived the place was packed and we had to wait a bit until a waiter came to take our order. Since it was our last night in Mangalia we decided to celebrate it properly so we choose 2 grey mullets with fried vegetables and a bottle of white wine with sparkling water.
When they brought us the plates we were in awe cause two sea monsters rested on their death bed waiting to be devoured. The two fish were huge (around 400 grams each) and were tasty as f...hell. The white, sweet meat was washed down with a cold sprizter and the evening was perfect.
This place looks really nice and its location is very attractive, with a nice view on the sea shore.
The service was good, considering the hour and the waitress was more then helpful and polite.
To top it off, I bought myself a big portion of anchovies to go, which I later devoured on a bench in the port, together with a stray cat.
I really recommend this place, it's a
very nice restaurant with a rich menu (mostly fish related stuff), a nice view and friendly waiters. Not to mention one of the best fish I ate in ages, even better than the one we ate last year at the cherhana in Vama Veche.
If in Mangalia and hungry, go at Puiu's and you won't be disappointed. Safe travels!

I love this restaurant. Mum and dad used to take us here at least once every holiday. Love their food, location but some of the staff need to improve their customer service. I'm planing another meal there soon.
