Mandan is a city on the eastern border of Morton County and is the eighth-largest city in North Dakota. Founded in 1879 on the west side of the upper Missouri River, it was designated in 1881 as the county seat of Morton County. The U.S. Census Bureau estimated the 2016 population at 21,769. Located across the Missouri River from the state capital of Bismarck, Mandan is a core city of the Bismarck-Mandan Metropolitan Statistical Area.

The atmosphere and the food were very good. But the waitress... disheveled looking with wrinkled shirt, forgot to bring several items, such as coffee, dessert menus, and the soup which was meant to be served hot, was barely even lukewarm. We had reservations, a party of 3 on a weeknight. The waitress asked if we wanted to split the bill. I was there with my son and daughter-in-law. Perhaps that was a regionally common question, but I thought it was tacky and it made me feel awkward in such an upscale for Bismarck type of place.

The people are friendly, service is prompt, menu offers lots of choices (standard fare as well as creative dishes like Boston cream French toast). Prices are reasonable, servings are large, soups and pies are homemade and yummy. It's right off I-94, convenient whether you're just passing through or staying in the area.

Absolutely loved our meal. Had small salads (plenty large enough) .. they were very good - ingredients super fresh and a perfect dressing. Split a Locale pizza that was unique and delicious. The perfect wrap-up to the meal was the Gelato!

I had some spare time so thought to grab a chia tea. I thought it was pretty pricey for the tea I got. The woman who worked there was very nice and there isn't really too many places in Mandan to get a coffee so I probably would stop again and maybe get a different drink.

My wife and I came here with her family and we're pretty disappoint. We saw posts of people saying this was the best burger place in town and it was just ok. The service was atrocious and the food is overpriced. Find a different place...

The lounge is spacious and cozy with the fireplaces, also has cozy very private seating for couples. Appetizers are delicious and if you are a beer drinker, blarney's has every type of beer imaginable! Staff is very friendly and gets your orders out correct and with speed! They are really amazing! I enjoy this restaurant and would return if I am in bismarck!
