Porch has some twinkling blue lights so after dark it is very easy to find. It was very clean in Ecuadorian standards. When we asked for playing cards, the bartender left and bought two packs just for us :)
We had some Ron artesanal, which was so good. It was warm and they also have it in small metal jugs.. But do not, I repeat, Do Not get a lemon beer (they have small Ad hanging from the ceiling), because it is by far the worst beverage I've ever tasted, salty and weird after taste..
That being said, the music or soccer from Tv was not too loud. I find that quite rare in Ecuador, so it's a big plus!

The daily menu is great, way better than in most ( if not all) restaurants in this part of Ecuador). Inventive cooking, with great ingredients. A very pleasant surprise! The restaurant is also very centrally located and offers breakfasts and sandwiches, which I haven't tried yet but lookd pretty damn good. Recommended!

A relaxed place to enjoy Argentinian meat cuts, homemade pasta, desserts and wine. Perfect for families, couples or friends!
I went here as treat with my boyfriend on a Friday evening whilst travelling for several months through South America. The atmosphere was cozy, traditional and inviting and the service had a personal touch - a well run family restaurant. The waitress, Dome was very sweet and helpful. The steak was excellent and the menu selection was good too (even though I went straight for the lomo, which I recommend). It was helpful to have a mural on the wall of the different cuts of meat along with the name of the cut in Spanish. If your spanish isn't great like mine, you know what your getting and it shows the owners know what they're doing.

I was on a family vacation visiting Ecuador traveling thru Quito, Puyo, Cuenca, Ambato and Macas. We dined out for all but two meals during our trip. i went with family and friends to Red Chilli for dinner and we were all quite pleased and impressed with the attentive service from our waiter Freddy. The food was delicious, from the the succulent cuts of meat to the Maracuya cheesecake and lets not forget the Micheladas! All around it was the best dining experience we had in Ecuador!

The fusion dishes here are delicious. One stand-out when we first entered though was the ice cold beer -- in iced glasses. OK, elsewhere this would be a footnote, but almost all beer in the Amazon area seems to be lukewarm. It was a nice change on a hot day to get an ice cold beer. The rest of the meal just followed suit, with everything made to perfection, and with obvious care.

We very much enjoyed our coffee today, and we also liked the Café's atmosphere a lot. Ending our visit with a nice conversation with the owner.
