Restaurant Drakata is in my opinion the best restaurant in Lovech!
The staff is extremely friendly, you can ask them for everything and they will gladly answer all your questions.
The prices are a bit expensive considering the average restaurant prices in Lovech, but that said I think that they are reasonable.

I stayed in this hotel, which was lovely, but the restaurant downstairs is open to all. It is miles above the qualitly of the other restaurants I visited there. They went out of their way to accommodate my vegetarian requests, and made a bean dish for me, which was good, not great. The hominy dish was excellent, as was their garlic bread, like pita bread, but thicker and yummier... good wine selection; they gave me a delicious local Muscat. Everything was clean and nicely decorated. It's hard to find, but it's right on the river, about 2-3 blocks down from the covered bridge, a large, nicely renovated traditional house.

Cozy Atmosphaere And Stylish Interior Complement The Pleasure To Eat Always Freshly Prepared Meals From Various
The restaurant is in the beginning of the old town. We loved it because of the vegetarian pizza which is the best we've ever eat! We told to the guy on service not to change the recipe of the pizza, because we will return soon. It contain arugula, a vegetable which normally isn't used in vegetarian pizza, BUT it's so good the taste with it. We went for another lunch and we decide to try something different , but we didn't so satisfied.
The service is good, the tables and chairs new one and all the atmosphere is very good. We would go there again!

Our friend, a university professor from Turnovo, drove us from Sofia after spending two days there, and stopped along the way at Dobrevski to enjoy a hearty local dinner. You pick what you want from the grill right in front of you and they serve it up on a tray for you - my wife had spare ribs while I went for some chicken, and we both had bowls of barbecued beans. Simple, but really really good, and at a very reasonable price as I recall.
True to a roadside stopping point, there were other businesses here - it had the look of what we would call a strip mall - and there was a full-service butcher there as well, from which our friend bought some good meats for our dinners later in the week.

Bar sympa avec de super milkshake, belles gauffres...
Les prix sont très intéressant, deux Fanta et une bière ( 50cl, y a pas plus petit ) = 8Lv, soit 4€.
