I was greeted when I came in the door and shown to a table. It had a white table cloth. The place was very busy on a Saturday night, but a waitress came quickly to take my order. I had the cannelloni, which was quite good. The salad bar was excellent, with a good lettuce mix (not just iceberg), high quality olives and peppers and other things. I can see why this cafe has been a successful family business for a long time.

I enjoyed my meal at Dairy Queen in Litchfield, it is a nice, clean location and I enjoyed a combo meal for under $7, since I was in between meetings and dining alone. Good value for good food, free refills on drinks!

We stopped for coffee and a Danish because of other reviews but will be back because of the great coffee and fresh pastries. The owner and staff were friendly and proud of their product . Litchfield is fortunate is have a coffee spot in town that is every bit as good (or better) as Starbucks and less expensive .

This is a great little local bakery that not only serves donuts, pastries, pies, and a variety of breads, they have a very reasonable priced breakfast menu. Service is great and the coffee keeps coming. There are several locals that frequent the restaurant daily which is always a good indication of a great place to eat!

Great food and a reasonable price. We heard about this place from some friends and decided to take a ride and check it out first hand. Outside is noting to look at, and you might have second thoughts about even setting foot inside, but don't let the appearance fool you. Great diner with good food. It was quite busy when we got there, but had prompt service, with a smile. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We heard the friend chicken was outstanding, but since it was lunch he opted for a lighter meal and were not disappointed. The portions we had were huge, and judging by what I saw coming to other diners, I don't think is possible to walk away hungry. I'm so glad we stopped and it is now on our list to go back, and maybe next time we try the bird.

We just wanted to eat quick nice dinner on the way of St.Louis. But it was really nice dining experience with mini burgers for kids and signature peppered steak. (Sorry I forgot the exact name.it was the first one in the steaks) Place is also very nice and tide.

Was there for an appetizer and beer with family. We ordered Mozarella Sticks for our appetizer and were disappointed. The sticks were not done, the breeding was doughy. However they had a good crowd and pizza looked good. I will give them a second chance. Wait staff was, very friendly and on top,of things.

120+ seating very cozy attractive family pizzeria. Lunch and dinner buffet along with a huge selection of pastas and subs, calzones & wings
We happened to stop in here for lunch, and were pleasantly surprised by Pizza Man. I would highly recommend their thin crust pizza. Three of us were there, and everyone enjoyed it. It was also fairly busy for 2:30 in the afternoon in this small town.

It is a family owned business in Litchfield, IL. We stopped in for lunch. Small but very quaint place. The menu says they have been in business since 1987. They started in St. Louis and moved to Hillsboro Illinois and opened a second in Litchfield. The restaurant is very nice.
Salads, Calzone, Specialty Pizza, Thin Crust, Pan Crust, Stuffed Crust and Pasta and sandwiches are what they carry. I saw wine on the shelf.
The Gianni's Calzone that we ordered was great.
Service was very good.
Gladly go back.

We were on the back end of a long trip and needed one more stop to enable us to power through the last few hours. Denny’s was convenient to the interstate and there’s not one in the area where we live so it was a change of pace as well. I can assume this location was recently remodeled but the decor was far more chic than what we expected. It definitely wasn’t the restaurant I remembered from 2 am visits of the past. The menu was more or less the trusted standards and the service was as reliable as expected. Fit the bill to a tee and got us home.
