The Town of Limon is the Statutory Town that is the most populous municipality in Lincoln County, Colorado, United States. Limon is located immediately east of Elbert County. The population was 1880 at the 2010 United States Census. Limon has been called the "Hub City" of Eastern Colorado because Interstate 70, U.S. Highways 24, 40, and 287, and State Highways 71 and 94 all pass through the town. The Limon Correctional Facility is part of the Colorado Department of Corrections system and is a major employer in the area with employment of roughly 350. My husband and I took a drive from Castle Rock to the small town of Limon. We were hungry and at the off ramp from I-70 we found the usual fast food places but we wanted something different, and there it was Oscar’s Grille and Bar. When you walk in, you are immersed in Hollywood history! Then there was the menu selections. After hearing recommendations from the server, I ordered the pot roast and mashed potatoes. Too die for! My husband ordered the penne pasta with sausage, shrimp and chicken, oh my! The owner, Mark, and the server, Candace, were welcoming and took time to talk with us. This is a place you must visit! Portions were such that we have enough for lunch tomorrow. We will return!

I got there early at opening (NOTE: CLOSED 3pm-5pm!) Within a halfhour the place was crammed with locals. Food was excellent authentic Mexican with green Chile sauce available. Hot and spicy tasting. Burrito was delicious. Staff swamped but nice. A must if you are a Mexican fan.

My family and I went there for the lunch specials we all ordered the orange chicken it was so hard we couldn't even bite it or eat it. I told the owner and she still charged us for all the food even though we didn't eat it. I told her I feel like I didn't have to pay for the food because we didn't eat it and she used very profound language towards us. We will never eat there again worst restaurant I've ever been to.

Stopped in here during a work break with two of my colleagues. We were not disappointed. I had a chicken burrito which had a lot of chicken and pretty good green Chile. My colleagues had burgers that were cooked right and very flavorful.
Young man serving us had wonderful manners. Everything is fresh so you can't be in a hurry.

I rather like truck stops and the food they serve because it is homey and unpretentious. The food here is some of the worst I have ever eaten in a restaurant ever. I ordered chicken fried steak but it was one of those pre-formed and breaded portion things covered in thick canned gravy. SO SALTY!! The mashed potatoes were ok, but barely. No vegetable was served, but the salad bar came with. It was a good size salad bar, but the lettuce was wilted, brown and pretty unappetizing. I managed to cobble a small salad together with the few green parts I could pick out of the bowl.
The service was friendly, but sparse. I drained my glass of water early on trying to choke down the over salty, prefabricated "steak" and never got an offer for a refill. For $12 I really expected better.

We happened to stop while a very large group of youth were there on a trip. So it was very crowded and the employees were busy. Considering that I felt the employees were very friendly and fast. The food was exactly what you'd expect from a McDonalds. My only gripe is the lack of changing table, at least in the men's room.

They just don't have enough workers!! Slow slow service! No ice in soda machine, lady is working drive through & front register and running ragged! People are waiting a long time for their food!

That gal working the register is a whirl-wind. Taking orders, calling you 'hon', helping out in back when they're a little slow (in her opinion), getting drinks. Lunch was typically good fast food....

We stopped while on a long road trip and were in a hurry and were very pleasantly surprised! I had wonderful pumpkin Spice pancakes. My hubby had toast and 2 poached eggs. He is extremely picky about his poached eggs and is rarely happy. These were PERFECT! the service quick and server was very pleasantly efficient and attentive. Because of that we left a hefty tip. We were in and out in 30 min!
