Now a block south of Main on 12th. Outside looks sketchy but the food is great! Reubens are fantastic. Sweet potato fries are some of the best we've had, nice and crispy. Ask for honey mustard dressing. Tenderloin was large with just the right amount of breading. Fish and chips got a huge thumbs up. Well worth getting off the highway!

Only open Thursday-Saturday, this place is a reason to go to Richmond. I think the brisket is my favorite. Outside the meats, you could go here to get the unique fried portabella mushrooms, the basket of homemade potato chips, or the even better homemade sweet potato chips. Really good stuff.

Best catfish around and extremely busy because the food is so good! We like to sit on the outside large deck even when the weather is hot! The waitresses are nice and will keep your drinks filled. Also ice cold beer available to go with the catfish! We usually order a bucket of catfish and it is more than enough....Large portions! Also Catfish Charlies serves other items on the menu besides fish in case you are not a fish lover! Kinda hard to find ...go through Wellington then head East towards the river! Catfish Charlies is located near the Missouri river on Old 24 Hwy! The place is worth the scenic drive!

Our group would end our day with fantastic service and excellent Mexican cuisine. Fresh chips and salsa while we chose our meals and also watched Football/Soccer on the big screens. The margaritas on special were perfect match for the food! I always save time to enjoy dining at this place on the south side of Richmond. 2nd light on the right side as you drive north on 13. Looking forward to being there again soon! Seafood was my favorite choice!

This was your standard Mexican fare, but was very tasty and affordable. My husband ordered the special dinner. It was two large plates filled with food. He is a big eater, but even he brought leftovers home. The meal was on,y around $11 or $12. I had the chimichanga. I asked them to make it with ground beef instead of beef tips, and they accommodated this request easily. We enjoyed it and would recommend it.

Tuesday is hamburger-steak-with-mashed-potatoes-and-gravy special day. Very nice portion and flavor. I also have had the tenderloin, which is huge, thick, and not greasy at all. Plus the cheese steak, which I would rate slightly above average. Friendly service. Nice place.

Wonderful ice cream shop! Love the charm and hometown feel!
Menu: BIG MUDDY
Inviting deliciousness created by locals - consisting of a warm homemade cinnamon roll topped with vanilla ice cream and drizzled in warm caramel sauce.
LITTLE MUDDY
Everyone needs to get a "Little Muddy" every now and again! A homemade brownie topped with vanilla ice cream, hot fudge, whipped cream, cherry and your choice of toppings.
JACKWICK
Named after husband and wife metal detector enthusiasts Chadwick and Jaci - who have managed to bring much of Lexington's history out from beneath the surface. A generous helping of mint and chip ice cream served in a waffle cone - with a hidden treasurer (peanut butter cup) at the bottom.
REZICK
Created by former staff member Regan...this frappe includes coffee ice cream, 24 hour chilled Roasterie coffee, and a shot of chocolate sauce blended to perfection - topped with whipped cream and chocolate drizzle. It's a definite pick-me up that's great to start your day...or get you through a long afternoon!
Everyday Items:
ICE CREAM
We proudly serve Belfonte brand ice cream and have many different flavors on hand. You can always count on us having Vanilla, Chocolate, Strawberry, Mint and Chip, Chocolate Chip, and Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough. Beyond that...we try to mix it up a bit and offer new flavors from week to week. Enjoy your favorite ice cream in a cup, cone, or as a sundae!
MILKSHAKES
Nothing makes a milkshake more delicious than hand scooped ice cream and real milk. We make each of our shakes by hand right at the counter with your choice of ice cream from our dipping cabinet. They are topped off with whipped cream and a cherry.
HOMEMADE CINNAMON ROLLS
Fresh, locally made, and baked right in our store. These are a shop favorite!
DONUTS ON DEMAND!
Warmed and freshly glazed to order...these will melt in your mouth.
COFFEE
We serve Roasterie brand coffee. While, we do carry their traditional roasts...we added a twist by teaming up to create a special blend that is unique for Lexington: "Cannon Blast Bold." This is a rich bold coffee that you will only find at the Big Muddy Ice Cream Company. Here's a tip...ask for your cup of Cannon Blast Bold to be "loaded" and we'll put a small scoop of vanilla in it.
HOT FOOD
Enjoy an all beef Nathan's quarter pound hot dog, delicious chili, or soup of the day (Fall and Winter).
SEASONAL
We use seasonal ice cream in our frappe's and milkshakes. Look for Pumpkin Spiced Pecan in Autumn - or Christmas Cookies, Peppermint Bark, or Mint for Winter.

Gin and I each ordered an entrée salad and split a 'baby' pizza. My salad was generous and included grilled chicken. Gin's spinach salad has skimpy, having more croutons than greens, though it did have a generous serving of grilled chicken and she said the dressing was delicious. The crust on our thin crust pizza was pretty thick, and the meat pizza was nothing special. The bathroom was clean, but the booth where we were seated had taken a beating. Our server was pleasant, making it at best a so - so dining experience.

Papa Jack's is known for great pizza and it's easy to see why: the breadsticks are a perfect blend of crispy outsides and doughy insides and perfectly finger-food sized. A small calzone is about perfect, bur order the large if you are hungry, and the small pizza is also a good size for one person. The sauce is liberally applied or provided with just about every dish so don't be shy and give this courthouse square gem a try.
