We went there for dinner with friends who, fortunately had made reservations because the place was very busy. I had a seafood pasta dish that was excellent and my wife had a lamb cutlets that were tender and juicy and well seasoned . The wine list was very good but somewhat overpriced. The service was efficient, courteous and unobtrusive,

Excellent selection, fresh made food, not pre- prepared. Everything was served hot from the kitchen. Even on a Saturday morning, the wait was minimal. We really enjoyed the visit.Thank you for the feedback. We hope that you will visit us for breakfast again.

So glad they combined the two places together. Angel was a very good server and friendly. The cucumber salad is always great an the potato pancakes were as well. There homemade apple sauce is just as good as ever. Will be back again and look forward to trying something different.

Environment:
This place is truly fusion. You walk in expecting Italian cuisine but was shocked to see Asian options (a relief because the Italian options seemed too heavy for lunch) such as the tuna salad and sushi rolls. The decor is rustic Italian with textures and wine bottle displays.
Food:
Even as an anti-sausage foodie, I still enjoyed their Italian wedding soup.
I ordered the Blackened Ahi Salad. I would have thoroughly enjoyed it if they didn't overload it with lettuce. The Tuna was perfectly seasoned in spite of the useless leaves.
Another shock factor is they serve 4 locally grown beers on tap as well as some wine.
Staff:
The staff has multiple hats here, my waitress was my hostess and my chef. She was so friendly I was able to spark up casual conversation as if she were my aunt or sister. I wish I lived nearby just to continue having conversations over coffee :)
Location:
I arrived around 2PM on a Saturday, so as soon as I paid I walked across the street to the farmers market being held. When everyone started packing up, I simply walked back across to browse the many shops nearby (from home decor, jewelry, to dress shopping it's all available).
Overall I truly felt welcomed

Welcome to Chianti's Pizza & Pasta. Our focus is to bring old world recipes and flavors to Sanford! We now offer online ordering. Order your family dinner now! Chianti is a well known table wine originating from Tuscany. It was historically associated with a squat bottle enclosed in a straw basket, called a fiasco ("flask"; pl. Fiaschi); however, the fiasco is only used by a few makers of the wine now; most Chianti is now bottled in more standard shaped wine bottles. Chianti has graced the tables of many family dinners and first dates, and brings back memories of a simpler time, when the family met every evening to discuss family events, world news and celebrate milestones. We have built Chianti's Pizza and Pasta in Sanford, in a warm casual inviting environment to celebrate great food, Family and good friends and memories. We hope you feel the same way! Mangiare fino a scoppiare.......Eat until you pop!
This was the 1st time we tried Chiantis based on the reviews but I wouldn’t rush back. The service was good, prices were reasonable and the restaurant was clean but we were disappointed. The complimentary garlic knots were not warm or fresh. While debating about pizza, we ordered the 4 Cheese Baked Ziti and Lasagna, both were not very flavorful and could have used more sauce.

I had the honor of writing the first TA review of the (then) new Fred's location in Riverview. That location has hit critical mass as the large overflow parking lot is always full and you can always count on a (quick moving) line into the restaurant. We've been to Riverview, and the Plant City, location many times and have always had a very good breakfast or lunch. Yes, it's a buffet (so what?) and not a cafeteria as mentioned in other reviews. The Lake Mary location is in a former Mexican restaurant building, located along the on ramp to I-4, that used to include other establishments including Pizzeria Uno, among others, that are all long gone. It's a hard location to find so I hope they can pull this off. I can recommend this restaurant based on my experience in the Tampa area and trying the Lake Mary lunch menu today. Always good and dependable.
Enjoy!

We were here with 8 people for drinks and dinner. We started with a number of the appetizers that were all delicious. I especially liked the shrimp and others liked the Ahi Tuna. The filet I ordered came medium and was very tender with a good crust and flavor. The service was good but not great. There was too much lag between reciving the apps and ordering the meal.
Overall the meal was very good.

We had a large group eating here and had a separate room. The service and food was excellent! I had a melt in your mouth steak and some wonderful shrimp appetizers. Did not like the salad that came with it - not sure what it...MoreWe're thrilled to hear that you enjoyed your dining experience with us! Thank you for your business and we hope to see you again!

We had walked by this place on the first night we were in Lake Mary and it looked like a perfect place for pizza and wine. We took a table outside with a heater as the evening cooled. The people next to us raved about the margarita pizza and ordered us one as a gift. That was our starter and it was fabulous. We also had salads and pasta and all of it was delicious. The wine and beer choices were ample and affordable. It was a perfect end to our stay in Lake Mary.
