plenty to chose from, I made a mistake and ordered the miniatures, there were very few, that should have told me (old) but I wanted to sample the wonderful selection of tasty look pastries. They were old tasting. I did get a few large one which were excellent. Go and don't order from a tray with few or gathered odds and ends.

Breakfast sandwiches are never consistant. Either overcooked or undercooked. Coffee is always good. Most times theres always a bunch of smoking teenagers hanging out outside the entrance from the local high school. BIG turn off. I guess thats what we get for the convenience.

They just add homemade gellato to the list of great things you can get. The canolies are e best I have found in the area, the Italian cheese cake is great. The only thing you could domto get better is to gotto little Italy in the city !!

The food is very good. Great burgers, and I would like to have tried the tacos and burritos, but they are seasonal ( Oct. to March ). Efficient friendly service.
The ice cream, as you might expect, is excellent. It is not inexpensive, but it is good value for the money.

Athena restaurant is awesome!!. Finally a place that serves authentic gyros; not the frozen patties that the "greek diners" pass off as gyros. The greek food here is delicious and the owner is very nice and accommodating to his customers - very friendly staff.

Very appropriate name for a special Italian restaurant. If you're looking for "delicious" food for a special occasion or just a casual dinner, you will not be disappointed. We enjoyed every morsel, and the service was excellent. Can't wait to return and try some of the other choices on the menu!

Just off the Taconic
We read mixed but overall positive reviews on the Daily Planet and decided to give it a try. The food was very good and everyone was happy with their order. The waitress was friendly and accommodating. Prices were reasonable. Their fresh baked goods looked really delicious but we were too full to try them. I would go back.

This was our first time eating at the Beekman Square Diner. The French onion soup was delicious. We had to try the potato chip fondue appetizer, just because it seemed different. The cheese sauce would be great on any veggie or pasta. Our entrees, the Beekman Square Diner steak sandwich and chicken pot pie were both very good. Unfortunately, we were full and had no room left for the desserts on display at the front door. Good food and good service.

Carlo's is a bit of a drive from our home but it's always worth the effort. The chef has a great skill at making sauces, whether the standard red sauce or for the veal saltimbocca. Good wine and beer selection, and it looks like there's the occasional bar scene if that's what you want. One negative is that some of the things that diners handle all the time, like menus, table items, etc. look as though they aren't cleaned or cleaned enough. It's not for lack of staff ... there are plenty of friendly and (mostly) attentive waitstaff.
