We had eaten next door at Love's and was told the ice cream was good. We decided to try it and we both had peach ice cream that was delicious and creamy. You get a really big ice cream cone for a reasonable amount. We didn't eat anything else there so don't know about the food but definitely worth stopping to to have some homemade ice cream - at least that is what it tastes like!!

Cleaner than other bigger names in town. The food is very good and cheap. People are nice and it's a nice and family atmosphere

Due to the Christmas parade in King's Mountain the restaurant was a bit crowded. However, the service was fine & the food was delicious. Would recommend this to friends.

When my wife and I get a craving for seafood, we automatically go for Love's without even giving it a second thought. The fact that it's convenient is only the beginning. The food is consistently great each and every time. Love's has the best scallops I've ever tasted in my life. The flounder is outstanding and I love those hush puppies. Can't get enough of them. Their shrimp is delicious, too. Sometimes the food is a bit heavy on the grease but that never takes away from the taste. Love's is doing a wonderful job. I hope they never change a thing. I'm a loyal customer for life.

I had heard such great reviews for the place and the prices are reasonable. First time there and you get to register and sign says no cards or checks. Well shoot, no cash. Came back about a week later with cash. Got our hot (cold) dogs and yuck they were cold I mean they had not been heated at all. So not happy and will not go back.

Having never eaten there before, I guess we should have asked more about the sandwich. it had a good flavor but couldn't really find much meat in it. The meat was cold and a good pastrami sandwich is always hot. Well, any of the pastrami places we have eaten they have always been hot. Plenty of meat. Bread is warm. This was completely cold. I know now that it isn't but will ask if they do them hot next time. My husband was really disappointed. I thought it tasted good. Just cold.

I eat at Mountain View Family Restaurant every so often. It has a large dining area and is family oriented as the name implies. On several occasions I've seen family reunion type gatherings there with up to 20 people seated at one group of tables.
The food is "home cooking" with featured meals giving a choice of meats and vegetables. It is typical southern dishes with a choice of cornbread or biscuits for the bread offering. Mac and Cheese, Fried Okra, Slaw, Green beans, Sweet potato, are some of the vegetable choices. They offer standard fare as well ..( hamburger, house salad, BLT, French Fries). The wait staff is friendly, courteous, and punctual. I'm usually there at noon during the week and they are very busy, but the waiting time for the meal is reasonable.
