Killington, at the heart of the Green Mountains, is a natural paradise all year round. During the winter, Killington is one of the world's largest and most diverse ski areas, with miles and miles of trails dedicated to downhill skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, snowmobiling and cross-country skiing. When the snow melts, Killington transforms into the home of two PGA golf courses, and spectacular hiking and biking trails through Northern sections of the Appalachian Trail.

We were there in October 2015. We went to Killington for a wedding and it was our first evening. The pub is very nice - and it looks really irish and authentic - inside is even a real tree!
We just had a little veggie-burger and some chips. It was ok.
And the Guinness was really good. With a shamrock on the foam...
I would go there again.

Laura is an amazing baker! As a caterer, I appreciate what she's got going on here. We catered in bagels, muffins, scones, and croissants all of which were fresh & very tasty. We ordered over a dozen variety of sandwiches- UNBELIEVABLY fresh, flavorful and big! A fruit, vegetable & local cheese tray that was devoured, along with gorgeous miniature fruit tarts and custom designed cupcakes to suit our family celebration. The locals know where to go and this is the place. It's not intended for sitting inside so be prepared to take home or enjoy outside the bakery on a good weather day. It's the red chalet conveniently located right on Killington Rd. Can't say enough good things about this place. GO!!!!

They have em next to K1 gondola and it's amazing. They also have coffee, hot chocolate and some other hot drinks. Very good, seriously just amazingly hot good soft but putter crunchy waffles. Def better than sitting down and eating grab and go.

In the heart of Killington, Vermont, on the banks of the Summit Pond, lies The Foundry. This new addition to the Access Road provides the best in cuisine, entertainment, activities, and scenery! The Foundry offers two menus, an American Bistro-Style menu in the dining room, and a Tavern menu in the bar. The atmosphere of the dining room will surround you with warmth and relaxation, but feel free to keep the party going in the Tavern where we will offer live entertainment a few nights a week. Look forward to year-round activities on the pond, from ice skating and skate rentals this winter, to paddle boat races and Foundry Fly Dogs in the summer! Our outdoor seating will be heated, and open this winter, so come grab a chair and enjoy some of the best views in Killington!
I wish I could write about the quality of the food here...but we never got served! This place belongs on Bar Rescue - please check out my attached screenshot photo to confirm this account - it's truly unbelievable. My girlfriend and I arrived here last Saturday night at 8:10PM and were told that it would be a 50 minute wait - which is understandable for a Sat night in Killington. So they took my number, sent a confirmation text at 8:11PM, and told us that they would contact us when our table was ready. Seemed reasonable so we hung out at the bar. After an hour, we started getting hungry and so my gf and I went to the front and asked how much longer. The hostess said that we were next. Perfect! We went back to the bar and hung out over another drink. Except that after 15 minutes or so, it became clear that we were definitely NOT next. Trying to give them one last chance, we waited another 15 minutes. Our stomachs were now growling and we were starving. I went back to the hostess at the front and asked what was going on. When she said she didn't know, I asked for the manager. Apparently, the manager was right there chatting away with some customer not caring at all that we had been patiently waiting for an hour-and-a-half to get seated (and there were clearly empty tables and one group had just gotten seated). She took her time and then addressed us. I told her the situation. She told us that they were understaffed and that was causing problems. I continued and brought up the point that 30 minutes earlier we had been told that we were next - how was this possible? Was her staff lying? She replied, "YES WE LIED!" We were nice and considerate as could be, and they treated us like garbage. We walked out and went to the Garlic - barely getting there in time to get seated before 10PM...and had a great dinner. Then, at 10:25PM, I get a text message from the Foundry saying, "your table is ready!" I replied, "after 2 hours and 15 minutes - thanks but no thanks!". I can't even make this stuff up - the screenshot photo is all the confirmation you need. The place is apparently only open until 11PM so it certainly felt like they were putting salt into our wounds and just mocking us. I went back the next day to ask for the owner and was given the phone number to the general manager. I called her, left a detailed voicemail, and asked for a phone call back. Nothing. If I were the owner (and I hope the owner is reading this), I would be extremely worried about my staff. At best, they are understaffed and completely lack coordination. At worst, they are blatant liars that lack people skills - and empathy. I've been coming to Killington for over 20 years and never had an experience like this at any restaurant. STAY AWAY there are much better places to eat in Killington without this kind of customer service!

We have a pizza here at least once, if not more often, during our annual 5-day ski week.. The pizza is consistently superior. We usually order the large pie with sausage and it never disappoints. The staff is friendly and helpful. We have read the poor reviews recently posted and find it hard to believe. We have always found the food to be excellent, the prices reasonable, and the staff accommodating and always with a smile!!

This is an understated little restaurant on the Killington access road.It is the first one on the way up from Route 4 and I'd say it is the best in Killington! Personable staff, outstanding food, reasonable prices - especially when compared to others on this road - and cozy ambiance combine to make Peppino's a winner. DO NOT miss it when skiing or biking in this town!

We eat at the Garlic every time we visit Killington. It's such a fun atmosphere and the food is always good. We especially love that when you walk in, you just smell garlic.... yum! After skiing all day, it's the kind of food I crave... good pasta.

The place is so awesome but can be very crowded. It took us thirty mins to get a table during lunch food is pricey but very good. You cannot bear the view! If you’re not a skier or snowboarder you can take the gondolier up for $30.
