On January 1, 2006, Jodoigne had a total population of 12,440. The total area is 73.31 km² which gives a population density of 170 inhabitants per km².

We had an amazing moment having dinner.
We were nicely welcome. It's not too big so you keep a feeling of privacy.
Reading the menu was like traveling among flavors.
Not a lot of choices but that's a good sign to me.
We went for the "menu du coeur" and no disappointment at all.
We really had a good time there and will definitely go back.
One of the top restaurants we tried in the region.

This was really a disappointment. We ordered 2 adult and 4 children menu before 7 'o clock in the evening.
we received our tomato soup half an hour later. Then 90 minutes of waiting with 4 kids. Nobody from the personnel asked if we needed something or apologized. Our table was not even cleaned. Our dirty dishes just stayed there.
At 9 o' clock I went to the counter and said we were going to leave. Our main dish from the menu was not even ready! We waited more than 2 hours and I still had to pay 50 €. I received a fantastic discount of 13 €. A 'sorry' was clearly difficult to express. They were not even embarrassed.
Although the service was lousy, the soup and the fried scampis were very good, I must say

We recently visited this restaurant for the first time. It clearly is one of the better restaurants in the area. Inside, the setting is very intimate and enjoyable. We haven't been outside, but the garden looked like an extremely pleasant location for a reception or event. We took the 'Ballade des Saveurs' menu, which was of high quality and well-presented, and included a number of nice surprises, such as an appetiser with boudin noir. Accompanying wines fitted really well (big glasses, perhaps even too big).

An unassuming small pizzeria on the main square (outside terrace). Very good crusty pizzas, with plentiful (!) toppings. Some of the best I had recently. Cheap drinks. Fast service. They also do take-away, which appears to be extremely popular. Nothing romantic, but highly recommended to enjoy a typical pizza ord pasta.

one of the best thai take away places I know. The dishes are less genereous then in the past and this could become an issue if they continue this way. But one thing is sure the taste of their dishes is just like in Bangkok, they serve outstanding curry dishes. This place is closed to often to really take off as a take away. Their restaurant places are ok, but the ambiance is cold. Their prices are ok when the the dishes are well furnished, but lately they becames a little to small.

Marie-Rose est une institution ouverte depuis des années à Jodoigne.. Connue et reconnue de tous pour la qualité de ses plats et de ses moules notamment.. Tellement reconnue que le parking en serait bien trop petit parfois.
Les fournitures sont bonnes et bien cuites... Les plats ont la réputation d'être excellents.. Cela est d'ailleurs tellement reconnu qu'on ne sait plus très bien si elle tient un restaurant ou une friterie :)
Je suis toujours bluffé et surpris de la façon dont elle arrive à gérer de front les couverts "resto" et les couverts "friterie"... Un mystère pour moi.. vu le nombre de plat à préparer en même temps par moment..
Bref... A bientôt :)

Chouette moment entre amis, l endroit est très sympa et assez cosy. Petit certes mais lors des beaux jours, une terrasse bien agencées s ouvrent. Pour les mois les plus froids, vaut mieux réserver une table.
Le vin est très bon, et la nourriture y est très bonne également.
J aime bien y aller de temps en temps, le bar est situé sur une belle place dans Jodoigne, quand j y suis, j ai l’impression d être en vacance.

Dit restaurant ligt wat anoniem aan een parkeerplein omringd door handelszaken, zelfstandigen en vakbondssecretariaten. De gevel is niet bijzonder, maar binnenin heeft men het toch gezellig gemaakt. Ik ging er voor het maandmenu waarbij er keuze is tussen vier voor- en hoofdgerechten en evenveel desserts.
Ik at achtereenvolgens kwartel gebakken met tijm, kalfsniertjes en creme brule.
Alles was bijzonders smakelijk. Ondanks het feit dat het restaurant goed vol zat (zijn maar een 25-tal plaatsen) was de bediening snel en vriendelijk. Prijs/kwaliteit zit dit restaurant ook goed.
