Itaperuna on the face of it might not look like the kind of small Brazilian city where you'll find anywhere worth eating but you'd be wrong. Quem Quem is a cafe/bar/restaurant with plenty of atmosphere and charm. A good wine list, excellent food and knowledgeable and friendly waiters.
There's draught beer - try the chop de vino - a mix of wine and beer, or the chop escuro - a dark beer as good as any in Central Europe. Thursdays is Sushi night and understandably very popular. There's usually either the big match (the locals are Flamengo fans) or a rock video on the big screen and the whole establishment is run and managed by Sydnei who will make sure you are well looked after.
Can be a bit hard to find - but just ask any of the friendly locals "o onde e Quem Quem?"

Pizza boa, sequinha! Os pratos de carnes são bem gostoso!!!!! Tem uma batata rostie deliciosa, tendo a opção de assada ou frita!!!!! Recomendo!!!!

One of the best places to eat pizza in this small town. You can make up your own, choosing several ingredients. The service is fast and polite. I recommend it.

Um local realmente bom pela variedade de paladar, já que os produtos são bem feitos.
Detalhe: é uma uma espécie de padaria!! Tem alguns bolos tbm.
Porém, seu diferencial faz com que ele destaque um preço acima da média pelos produtos, por ser um local de referência na cidade

É uma loja de guloseimas tradicional que tem na maioria das cidades que já visitei na região. É ótimo para comprar doces em quantidade para festas e eventos ou para matar aquela vontade de comer doce no meio do dia! Por conta dos preços baixos está sempre cheia.

Restaurante aconchego , comidinha simples , mas muito saborosa principalmente o quibe assado e a torta de legumes que é mara. O preço é justo, fica bem localizado, no centro da cidade perto de várias lojas, mercado e academia. Vale A pena conferir.
