A genuine Austrian Tirolean eatery just off the main street down a short but steep hill. This restaurant offers typical Austrian cuisine. We ordered pasta dishes, meaning that although the establishment caters to carnivores, vegetarians will find some dishes suitable for them as well. The food is excellent, prices reasonable for the quality, service impeccable. My only complaint is that they do not accept Reservations, and therefore I strongly suggest that you arrive early for dinner, as by 19:30 the place is packed.

The various menu examples show a diversity of creations Salnerhof's cuisine has to offer. We recommend that you make a table reservation, so that you can enjoy our fantastic cuisine at your desired date. Culinary delights & tradition at the Salnerhof Restaurant in Ischgl Interpreting the culinary tradition in a way that convinces friends of good cuisine as well as spoiled gourmets. Our chef combines the freshness of alpine herbs with local products, mixes Tyrolean farmers' recipes with Mediterranean art of life and turns it into culinary highlights that you can enjoy whenever you want. He definitely knows what he's doing!
Had dinner there for two. Everything was really very good. The service was impeccable; The food - after finally being able to make the choice - was very good. Had this been a night out during my "regular" life, this would surely have earned a 5 star. However, as the title hints, after a long day of skiing, one would like to unwind a bit. We arrived in a sweatsuit, and felt a little out of place. For a vacation, personally, I would have preferred a less buttoned-down atmosphere, even at the expense of some hiccups in the service.... but that's me.

We visited the upsairs restaurant with service. Very nice and sunny Terrace with good food for little money. Downstairs there is a dj playing apres ski music. We loved to have a drink in the late afternoon and dance on the music. But be prepared to ski down with 100's of drunk people. When you are in Ishcgl you have to close your skiing day at Paznauer Taja.

Walked in for a late night drink. I said "good evening" to the bar man...no response, I asked what draft beers...he said "we don't have draft beers". We waked out.

Traditional Tyrolean food meets culinary indulgence - welcome to the Sunnalm! You are not only served with delicious dishes here but enjoy the atmosphere, laugh and dance together, experience Tyrolean charm and get a sense of tradition. The Sunnalm invites you to indulge in a friendly, warm atmosphere! The traditional cosy "front room charm” is noticeable as soon as you enter. And yet as traditional and almost rustic as the first impression of the Sunnalm seems, the first-class dishes are just as varied and diverse. You also should not miss out on indulging in a genuine Italian pizza from the stone oven during your stay in Ischgl. Would you like a menu created especially for you for a very special occasion? We will be happy to put together a culinary menu for you that really tickles your taste buds... Please let us know early on which menu we can put together for you.
Although I was dining alone the staff gave me a lovely table. The Kaiserschmarrn was the best I've ever had; the pizza was freshly made and delicious, and the waitress didn't blink and eye when I asked for a cheese-toast without ham. Great food and very reasonable prices.

Very good service from Anita. Food was not gourmet standards, but was very good value for money. You need to reserve a table in advance.
