In Sisak after 9pm almost everything is closed, but the Journal was open and they served nice pizzas for us. Their speciality is the Slavonian. The service is very helpful and fast. We can recommend it for everybody.

Unfortunately, since we did not call to make Reservations and there were some repairs going on around "Korablja Tišinić", when we stepped into beautiful big yard, we were welcomed by the animals. Deers and their kids walking freely, enjoying the food that was left for them by the owners, small ponies (I adore them), chickens, peacocks, little goats... Later we met the owner of this beautiful place who gave us a tour around the place and a restaurant. He was really kind and explained us everything we wanted to know. House (in which is the restaurant) on the estate is more than 100 years old and it is furnished/decorated in the manner of old Croatian houses in Banovina, so you can get a glimpse how people used to live in this area 100 or more years ago. You can have you lunch and diner inside, or outside at the terraces surrounded with trees and these curious and dear animals walking everywhere. I think they even have few rooms if you want to spend the night. If you like nature, animals and idyl, you will love this place.

Fine food, well presented. Waiter was very professional. But steaks on the menu are actually pork chops.

The pizza there is one of better in Sisak, but it won't rock your world. Prices are ok, when it comes to drinks, you'll find nothing unseen there also. But if you happen to be in vicinity, stop by, order something, you'll won't be disappointed.

Located in city of Kutina, The King's Pub consists of bar, restaurant and two 4 star rooms. We offer grill, pizzas, pastas and seafood. The King's Pub is not a bistro, nor a restaurant and not an inn - it is a place where high-quality food combined with impeccable presentation and professional service carries a unique experience to each guest.
Visited while passing through Kutina and staying in The Kutina Hotel. Meal was very good indeed. Pork fillet with mushroom sauce and potato croquettes was brilliant, despite missing the mushroom sauce. Spicy sausage was paprika cold cut salami. All was washed down with Ozujsko beer. Sat outside in the rain, wifi worked fine. Thanks to the friendly staff at The Kings Pub. who is the king of Croatia?

My friends and I were on a fishing trip to Bosnia and spotted this restaurant sign just before crossing from Croatia into Bosnia .
Turned out to be an excellent choice , the restaurant was decorated with stuffed Pike, many medals for fishing and many fishing pictures , but most importantly the restaurant was clean ,modern and the server spoke very good English .
I had what was described on the menu as Pike , but was Pike Perch or Zander and was tasty ,moist , and a good serving .
My friends had Pork escalope we all had a drink , pancakes and some dessert type gnocchi affair with jam sauce . Unusual but when in Rome as they say .
This whole meal set us back 380 Kune or £43 /$56, and was excellent value with very pleasant service , recommended if you are ever in the area
